The matter is concerned with the Dheeraj Maurya name of the father Mata Prasad Maurya Mohalla Shivala Mahanth Post Putalighar District Mirzapur State Uttar Pradesh India.
Mobile number 8736973146 and 9956719051, Name of the college K. B. P. G. College, Class B.Sc. third year, Maths group, Musaffer Ganj District Mirzapur, Name of the university Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University Varanasi.
The subject is a Hard copy of the submitted application for the scholarship was not accepted by the staffs of the aforementioned college arbitrarily.
With due respect, the applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to following submissions as follows.
It is to be submitted before the Honourable Sir that the applicant was first denied the admission on the flimsy ground but later after too much procrastination admission was taken on the basis of mark sheet available on the website of the aforementioned university.
It is to be submitted before the Honourable Sir that when the university could not send the cross-list then admission was taken without the cross-list on the basis of Mark sheet loaded from the internet while earlier they were articulating it they consider it not genuine.
It is to be submitted before the Honourable Sir that at the place of computer printed genuine receipt, they provided a handwritten note without a receipt number and still they are not accepting hard copy because they have not receipt numbers fee payments. Whether such cunning tricks to debar students of scholarship is justified.
Please direct concerned to accept the hard copy of the online submitted application for the scholarship and not to deprive of scholarship to the student arbitrarily.

शिकायत के प्रस्तुत प्रकरण में शिकायतकर्ता को अवगत करना है कि शिकायत का निस्तार महात्मा गांधी काशी विद्यापीठ विश्वविद्यालय,वाराणसी द्वारा संभव प्रतीत होता है Sir it was obligatory duty of the public staffs posted in the chief minister office to process the grievance properly but if they can not understand the English language, then it is failure of the accountable public functionaries posted in the chief minister office. Moreover, when it was in the report that the matter concerns the Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, then they had to forward the grievance to the concerned mandate ipso facto. Here it is quite obvious that there was preplan to close the grievance in a cryptic manner quite obvious from the mysterious working style of the concerned.

Please take a glance of following messages displaying on the screen of computer when website of Government of Uttar Pradesh if opened by someone whether it is elephant teeth or really reap few fruit.as those students whose results are now declared not being admitted by the K.B.P.G. College Mirzapur thus being deprived of the scholarship.

Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that with this representation application of the student is attached ipso facto obvious that student made efforts to get admission but denied on flimsy ground.
Ground of rejection of the application-Cross list of the students still not reached to college.
How much is surprising that more than two weeks passed since the date result was declared by the Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University Varanasi but this result still not reached to the college? Whether the dealings of the M. G. K. V. P. University Varanasi and affiliated college K. B. P. G. College Mirzapur is not cryptic? Whether any body has solution of such anarchy and carelessness?
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that here this question arises that what is the motive of the government of Uttar Pradesh to issue the circular in favour students if the vulnerable students cannot reap any benefits of such public spirited approaches.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that undoubtedly the students were happy initially with the circular of the government but when they didn't get any gain, then their reactions are adverse to the such public spirited approach of the government as they didn't reap any kind of mileage of this public spirited scheme. Apparently,undoubtedly the approach of the government is positive but proved futile because of lackadaisical approach of concerned public functionaries as they always have apathy to the government schemes.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy.
