Grievance Description The matter concerns the failure of the government of Uttar Pradesh headed by Yogi Aditynath to take action against the corruption prevailing in the public offices in the government of Uttar Pradesh including chief minister office.

Demand -Action against Joint Secretary Arun Kumar Dube.

As well as demand of action against special working officer Rajeev Kumar for procrastinating on the matter concerned with deep rooted corruption as shielding the wrongdoer staffs of Lucknow Development Authority because protecting the corruption of the department..

The matter concerns the deep rooted corruption but the concerned government functionaries close the grievances by submitting arbitrary reports.

सचिव लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण ने अपने पत्र दिनांक २५/०३/२०२१ द्वारा जो की संयुक्त सचिव अरुण कुमार दुबे को सम्बोधित है पुनः वांछित अभिलेख की बात कर रहे है क्योकि विवाद से सम्बंधित कोई भी दस्तावेज न तो लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण के कार्यालय में है और न हीं पांचो भू खंड स्वामियों के पास है क्यों की वे अपने भूखंड का विक्रय के उपरांत समस्त मूल दस्तावेज दिनेश प्रताप सिंह को सौप दिए है

उपरोक्त द्वारा प्रार्थी से समस्त साक्ष्य और हलफनामा के साथ उपस्थित होने के लिए अनुरोध किया गया है श्री मान जी प्रार्थी द्वारा समस्त अभिलेख दिनेश प्रताप सिंह पुत्र श्री अंगद प्रसाद सिंह द्वारा उपलब्ध किये गए अभिलेखों की स्कैन कॉपी उपलब्ध कराई गई है और रंगीन स्कैन्ड कॉपी किसी भी मूल दस्तावेज की ऑथेंटिक प्रति होता है श्री मान जी प्रार्थी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गए दस्तावेजों के दो ही संरक्षक है १- खुद लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण जो सरकार का प्रतिनिधि है और विक्रेता है और २-क्रेता अर्थात आराधना सिंह उर्फ अनुराधा सिंह उर्फ गुड्डी सम्बंधित पांच भूखंडो की स्वामिनी जिनके पती का नाम बाबू सिंह है श्री मान जी आराधना सिंह उर्फ अनुराधा सिंह उर्फ गुड्डी के पास कोई दस्तावेज नहीं है मूल रूप में क्यों की समस्त दस्तावेज तीसरे क्रेता को अर्थात दिनेश प्रताप सिंह पुत्र श्री अंगद प्रसाद सिंह को मूल रूप में उपलब्ध करा दिया गया है श्री मान जी लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण के पास कोई दस्तावेज नहीं है मूल रूप में क्यों की समस्त दस्तावेज इसलिए गायब कर दिए गए क्योकि संपत्ति रजिस्ट्री का कार्य कूट रचित दस्तावेज से सम्पादित करना था और माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश को जिसमे मालिकाना हक़ निश्चित करना था उसको नजरअंदाज करने की एक बड़ी साजिश थी श्री मान जी रही प्रार्थी को मूल दस्तावेज उपलब्ध कराने की तो दिनेश प्रताप सिंह पुत्र श्री अंगद प्रसाद सिंह द्वारा पिछले बीसो सालो से उन्हें मूल दस्तावेज उपलब्ध कराने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है जिनकी पुष्टि खुद लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण के दस्तावेज करते है श्री मान जी आपका आदेश हो तो दिनेश प्रताप सिंह पुत्र श्री अंगद प्रसाद सिंह द्वारा समस्त दस्तावेज आप की सेवा में पुनः प्रस्तुत किया जाय और आप माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के क्रम में समस्त दस्तावेजों का परिशीलन करे साथ ही अनियमितताओं को भी जांच ले महोदय प्रार्थी द्वारा आप के समक्ष उन दस्तावेजों को प्रस्तुत करना जो की प्रार्थी के अभिरक्षा में नहीं है कैसे न्याय संगत हो सकता है जहा तक अनियमितता के सम्बन्ध में कार्यवाही का सम्बन्ध है वह कार्यवाही तो मूल दस्तावेजों के स्कैन कॉपी के आधार पर ही गतिशील है चूकि इस गंभीर अनियमितता में तत्कालीन कर्मचारी जांच की परिध में आ सकते है इसलिए आप जांच को दूसरा मोड़ देने का प्रयास कर रहे है आप से अपेक्षा है की आप मूल दस्तावेज दिनेश प्रताप सिंह पुत्र श्री अंगद प्रसाद सिंह तलब करे और संपत्ति मालिकाना हक़ निश्चित करे तथा उच्च न्यायालय का समादर सुनिश्चित करे और मामले का पटाक्षेप करे प्रार्थी से बार बार दस्तावेजों की मांग करना जिसका संरक्षक प्रार्थी नहीं है अबैध है आप प्रार्थी को कानून विरुद्ध कार्य करने के लिए बार बार दबाव न डाले क्योकि यह कृति भारतीय दंड विधान में अपराध की कोटि में आता है उसके लिए आप खुद उत्तरदायी होंगे

L.D.A. is the mines of corruption and they have blessings of the corrupt public functionaries in the state of Uttar Whether in the same matter, to get remedy from various redressal bodies and get public aid by changing the name is not illegal? In the aforementioned writ, Anuradha Singh was directed by the High court of judicature to seek civil remedy from competent authority by filing a title suit. 1-L.D.A. may provide the detail of title suit filed by multi-named lady Anuradha Singh in the record of L.D.A. Guddi Singh including the designation, name of the public staff who executed it with posting detail. 2-L.D.A. may provide the copy of the order passed by the competent court decided the title suit of the Anuradha Singh in the compliance of the High court order in the Writ Petition Number 135 HC Year 2006. 3-L.D.A. may provide the detail of the posting of the staffs executed the registry of plots to allottees with designation and name so that accountability may be fixed.
