The matter concerns the widow of an Army personnel being harassed by the branch manager concerned tyrannically. An enquiry may be ordered to fix the accountability.
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Uma Singh W/O Shiv Bahadur Singh. Detail of the aggrieved applicant is as follows.Uma Singh Name of the Husband-Late Shiv Bahadur Singh Address-Rama Kuti, Payagipur, Allahabad Road, District-Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN Code-228001Bank detail of the aggrieved revered old lady-Name of the Bank-Bank of Baroda, Bank Account number-29430100016368 Branch address-Tilai Bazar Post Office-Gheenpur, Police Station-Mau Aima, District-Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, IndiaBank details are attached to this representation. 
Short description of the grievance is as follows.
 1-Why the Bank of Baroda did not provide the entire transaction details made into the account of aforementioned revered aggrieved lady?
2-Why the Bank of Baroda did not provide the interest on the deposited money into the account of the aforementioned revered aggrieved lady as provided by the other banking institutions like state bank of India and others. 
3-It is quite obvious from the attached banking details that the passbook is updated on 06/02/2021 but no transaction details are available from date-16/06/2020 to the date 06/02/2021 which reflects the corrupt and cryptic dealings of the branch aforementioned of the Bank of Baroda.
 4-According to new guidelines of the reserve bank of India, S.M.S. alerts are sent regarding the transactions made into the account to ensure security on the registered mobile number of the account holder which is provided by the applicant account holder during opening the account after due processing but unfortunately no facility is available. 
5-Whether branch manager concerned has reasoned approach in inviting senior citizens at branch office  again and again on the flimsy ground during this Coronavirus pandemic when need of hour is to confine oneself to home quarantine.

Please provide the date and detail when you credited the withheld amount of pension of the aggrieved lady to her account as reported in the following email sent to applicant. Cryptic reply is the root cause of the prevailed corruption and anarchy in the dealings of the public authority. The matter raised before you because the bank illegally and arbitrarily withheld the pension of aggrieved widow of Uma Singh W/O Shiv Bahadur Singh. Representation sent with following subject to concerned mandate.     Why redress of grievance was not done by taking submissions into account as quite obvious from the report attached to post.

To seek the voters mandate Modi government always stands in the row of soldiers but when the primary facilities are to be required to give the soldiers family they are running away and when the representations are submitted, then they overlook the representations submitted by the concerned which is a mockery of the law of land and an insult of people's mandate.Here pension withheld by the branch manager concerned arbitrarily but it is unfortunate no action was taken against him.

  3. The one year was not passed and life certificate was submitted initially then how they can they stop the pension on the ground of life certificate? Which means something is wrong I had concerned his top of the bank is wreaking vengeance with the revered lady.

  4. Here our problems are because of rampant corruption in the government department which is not being controlled by the Modi Government. Think about the gravity of situation that initially they procrastinated in providing the pension to the aggrieved widow of the Army personnel and now they arbitrarily closed the pension to wreak vengeance as no bribe was provided to them. Their job is to create problems to pressurize for paying bribe.
