There must be transparency and accountability in the disbursement of scholarship to the students and it must be ensured that no entitled student may be deprived of the scholarship but because of corruption accountability is not being fixed and commission is taken on the large scale from lower rank of administrative hierarchy to the upper rank. More over not a single information is being provided under right to information act 2005.
ReplyDeleteIf everything is ok in the disbursement of scholarship by the government functionaries,why it is not reaching to the needy and why fingers are being raised on the anomalies prevailed throughout the mechanism of disbursement of scholarship to the students and why large-scale irregularities are reported in print and electronic media every year.
