Most respected first appellate authority, 18 years passed since the date Right to Information Act 2005 was introduced by the Government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities which means to control the growing corruption in the working of the public authorities in India but it is most unfortunate that the public information officers having no regard to the provisions and making mockery of it then how the transparency act will achieve its objective?
Sir, at present, the Lucknow Development Authority is ignoring everyone whether it is an application under Right to Information 2005 or a complaint or any request on the ground that a committee has been constituted in the matter, but they will neither tell anything about the committee nor try to resolve the matter in question. Will the Yogi government stop corruption in this way?
You denied the information in the name of setting up a committee to look into the corrupt activities carried out by the concerned staff of the Lucknow Development Authority. You are again requested to provide the following information so that the corrupt staff of the Lucknow Development Authority may be exposed in the public domain and how L.D.A. is shielding its corrupt staff ipso facto?
Whether there is no ulterior motive behind setting up a committee to look into the corruption ipso facto. By taking the recourse of the committee, the public information officer is denying every information under right to Information Act 2005 for more than one year which is reflecting rule of anarchy in the working of Lucknow development authority so this anarchy must be controlled by the accountable staff of Lucknow development authority.
