* Prayer or Relief Sought From the following status it is quite obvious that RTI application of the appellant was received in the office of Chief Minister on 3rd January 2024 which was forwarded to the other public authority on the same date then subsequent public authority transferred the RTI application to the other public authority on the same date and then subsequent public authority forwarded the RTI application to the other public authority whose PIO bearing mobile number-05222724745 and email ID was not provided.New Delhi October 09, 2023, CJI. Dr Dhananjaya Y Chandrachud, JudgeJ B Pardiwala and Judge Manoj Mishra passed the order to ensure compliance by 31st December 2023.The Order passed by the apex court of India in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 360 of 2021, Kishan Chand jain versus Union of India and others. This order was not only for Uttar Pradesh state information commission, but it was also for the government of Uttar Pradesh which means this order had to be complied by the office of Chief Minister Government of Uttar Pradesh. Govt of Uttar Pradesh did not provide any information still in the matter which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005. Concerned public information officers violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005. Moreover, at the place of mobile numbers there are Phone numbers available on the portal which is against the setup norms prescribed for the website by the Department of administrative reform.
