* Prayer or Relief Sought The brief description of the appeal is as follows. 

1-The applicant sought from you, please provide the list of the regularised personnel range wise in the division Gorakhpur under the above notification issued by the government on 12th September 2016. Have you provided any list to the applicant? The information provided by you, government order issued to regularise the staff and your report is attached to this grievance. Where is the list? You did not provide the list because you know that it will expose the corruption committed by you in regularising the staff in accordance with the government order. 

2- Please provide a copy of the communications exchanged with the government by the office of the Divisional Forest Officer district Gorakhpur regarding the aforementioned notification issued by the government on 12th September 2016. You did not provide any communication to the appellant. This implies that notification is only a showpiece. 

3- If not a single daily wage personnel was regularised under the aforementioned notification issued by the government then providing the reason for it as right to reason is an indispensable part of the sound administrative system. You did not provide any information under this point also because you did not touch the notification. 

4- Please provide the precautionary measure taken by the divisional forest officer Gorakhpur to maintain the transparency and accountability in the process of regularisation of the daily wage personnel under the aforementioned notification. Think about the gravity of the situation. If you are not providing the list of the candidates who were regularised on the basis of notification then how can you provide the transparency measures taken by you? 

5- Please provide the total number of daily wage staff working under the Gorakhpur division of the Department of forest. You did not provide any information under this point also because of mismanagement and irregularities in the working of the Department of Forest in Gorakhpur Division. 

Please direct the divisional forest officer Gorakhpur to provide the information to the appellant instead of misleading him through cryptic baseless facts being provided to conceal the original information because of the fear that corruption will be exposed in the public domain.
