* Prayer or Relief Sought Submission regarding point 1-PIO invited information from the server room of Uttar Pradesh state information commission and according to the information made available by the server room it was stated in the note by the concerned clerk that this information is not accessed by his table. This implies that the public information officer cryptically denied the information. Submission regarding point 2- This information was also denied by the public information officer on the ground of the response made in point one by the public information officer. Submission regarding point 3- This information was also denied by the public information officer on the ground of the response made in point one by the public information officer. 4-Public Information Officer may provide the information as What are the difficulties faced by the State Information Commission in digitizing the process of second appeal and why there is delay in its implementation? Please provide the details to the people in the state who are suffering a lot because of the offline mode. It is quite obvious that information sought by the appellant from point 1 to 4 was cryptically denied by the public information officer and most surprising thing is that if it does not concern with the working of the Uttar Pradesh state information commission then it might be categorically told to information seeker to which public authority sought information from point 1 to 4 is concerned. This is a humble request to the first appellate authority of the Uttar Pradesh state information commission to direct the public information officer to provide the information from point 1 to .4 to the information seeker or it must be categorically explained to which public authority this information is concerned so that next proceeding may be carried out by the information seeker with that public authority.

* Description of Information Sought Today we are talking about development. There is talk of transparency and accountability. Today we are living in the digital age and even after 18 years in this age of digitalization Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission is unable to take second appeal online why so. Why is State Information Commission Uttar Pradesh not keeping pace with the digital age? The people of the state want to know why the Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission is not making arrangements for second appeal online on the lines of the Central Information Commission.
Public Information Officer in the office of state information commission of Uttar Pradesh must provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows.
1-Public Information Officer may provide the initiatives of the state information commission to digitalize the inviting process of the second appeal.
2-Public Information Officer must provide the detail of the proposal if any made on the part of the state government to digitalise the inviting process of the second appeal.
3-Public Information Officer must provide the details of the proposal if any made on the part of the central government to digitalize the inviting process of the second appeal in the state of Uttar Pradesh as our great prime minister supports the digitization of the working of the public staff.
4-Public Information Officer may provide the information as What are the difficulties faced by the State Information Commission in digitizing the process of second appeal and why there is delay in its implementation? Please provide the details to the people in the state who are suffering a lot because of the offline mode.
5-Public Information Officer must provide the fund details provided by the central government for the promotion of right to Information act in the state in last 5 years.
6-Public Information Officer must provide the fund details provided by the government of Uttar Pradesh to promote The right to Information act in the state in the last 5 years.
Public Information Officer must provide the aforementioned information sought under 6 points within the stipulated time of 30 days as prescribed under subsection one of section 7 of The right to Information act 2005.
