Description of Information Sought Kotwali police is not registering F.I.R. of Harishankar Maurya in matter of theft such practice is root cause of alarming rise in theft cases in the district-Mirzapur.
An application under Article 51A of the constitution of India on behalf of Harishankar Maurya S/O late Shitala Prasad Maurya resident of village and post Lohiya Talab district Mirzapur to make enquiry regarding registering a first information report in the matter of theft.
The applicant along with Harishankar Maurya S/O late Shitala Prasad Maurya went to Kotwali Katra police station district Mirzapur to register First Information Report in the matter of theft and representation in handwriting submitted before the accountable staff of the Kotwali Katra but he denied to take it and asked the applicants to submit this representation before the chowki in-charge. This incident took place today quite obvious from the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance. Honourable sir, may you please take a glance of therusal of this handwriting representation by Harishankar Maurya S/O late Shitala Prasad Maurya.

Public Information Officer in the office of Superintendent off police district Mirzapur may provide the following information point wise to the information seeker as follows.
1-Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound administrative system so it is obligatory duty of the concerned police to provide the reason of it. Kotwali Katra police refused to register the first information report in the matter of theft. Public Information Officer in the office of the superintendent off police must provide the reason of it by accessing it from the working of the Katra Kotwali police.
2-Please provide the number of theft cases registered in the Kotwali Katra police station district Mirzapur.
3-Please provide who will register the first information report in the matter of theft whether it will be registered in Kotwali Katra police station or in the office of chauki incharge.
4-Please provide the benefits in the procrastination in the registration of the first information report by the police as being done by the Kotwali Katra police station in the matter of theft. .
5-Please provide the role of the chauki incharge in the registering of the first information report in the matter of theft because Kotwali police refused to take the application and told the applicant that this application will be taken by the chauki incharge concerned.
