* Description of Information Sought Because of prevailing corruption in the office of chief development officer Mirzapur no common man is getting justice so there is need to ensure transparency and accountability in the office of the chief development officer Mirzapur.
Public information officer in the office of chief development officer District Mirzapur may Provide the following information to the applicant.
1-Public information officer in the office of chief development officer District Mirzapur may provide the first posting details of the project director, chief development officer and District development officer in which district and on which date his first posting took place.
2-Public information officer in the office of chief development officer District Mirzapur may tell the applicant that on which date chief development officer, project director and District development officer joined in Mirzapur District, what was his post at that time.
3-All the Class I category employees in the office of the chief development officer Mirzapur, their district joining date posting details should be made available to the applicant.
4-Provide the posting details of all the Class 2 category employees in the office of the chief development officer Mirzapur, the date of joining in the district, to the applicant.
5- Provide the joining date posting details of all the third-class employees in the office of the chief development officer Mirzapur in the district to the applicant.
6-Provide joining date and work details of all class IV employees of the office of the chief development officer Mirzapur in the district.

To ensure the transparency and accountability in any office it is most essential that existing laws should be abided by the office head of the department but it is not set up in current practice so public spirited people must come forward for the transparency and accountability in the public offices.

Concerned PIO Mirzapur-DDO, Designation DDO, Phone No 9454465108, Email Id drda-mir@nic.in It is quite obvious that information seeker submitted rti application on 3rd July 2023 and today is 14th October 2023 which means more than three months passed but the concerned public information officer did not provide the information to the appellant which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005. It is a well known fact there is rampant corruption in the working of the public authority and provisions of right to information act 2005 ensures transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities which is a root causeway a staff of the public authorities are running away from providing information to the appellant. This corruption is oriented from the top most rank in the administrative hierarchy to the bottom which is the root cause no action is taken against wrongdoer staff of the department when the complaints are made against them. Because of prevailing corruption in the office of chief development officer Mirzapur no common man is getting justice so there is need to ensure transparency and accountability in the office of the chief development officer Mirzapur. It seems that rules of law framed by the government to be broken by its subordinates to collect illegal gratifications so such practices must be curbed by the government otherwise we are being governed by rule of anarchy in the government of Uttar Pradesh. Public information officer had to provide the information within stipulated 30 days as prescribed under subsection one of section 7 of the right to information act 2005 but it is most unfortunate that he could not provide the information to the appellant in more than three months which is a mockery of the provisions of right to information act 2005 and he categorically violated subsection one half section 7 of the right to information act 2005 because he knows that no action will be taken against him in this rule of anarchy. Please initiate disciplinary proceedings against the public information officer and press him to provide six point information as sought by the information seeker.
