The matter concerns the Reva head office of the department of post according to which registered post letter delivered arm 23rd August 2023 I have to 49 minutes past 3:00 o clock in the evening.

It is noticeable that registered post letter still not received by the addressee, but most surprising thing is that website of the department of post showing that communication has been delivered to the addressee.

For the more details, vide attached PDF documents to the grievance which contains the receipt of the postal department and registered post tracking from the website of the department of post.

Most respected Sir, if the department is honest then provide the signature of the person who received the registered letter. It is usual practice registered letter is received by the addressee after signing the register and providing the mobile number.

Please provide the details of the postman who delivered the registered communication of the applicant.

It is generally seen that most of the registered letters or speed posts despatched during the Raksha Bandhan festival are opened by the postman because of the lure that there maybe money inside the envelope and because of this greed they mutilate the envelope.

Same tragedy happened with the speed post sent by the applicant three years ago during the Raksha Bandhan festival and more than dozens of representations submitted by the applicant, but it is most unfortunate that you did not learn any lesson from those representations.
