Subject -To register first information report against 1-Vinod Tiwari S/O Jata Shakar Tiwari Mobile number-9956360069, 2-Kripa Shankar Tiwari S/O Sarva Jeet Tiwari, 3-Santosh Tiwari S/O Kripa Shankar Tiwari, village-Devipur, Naugaon post-Nadini, district-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231303 in the matter of cheating under appropriate sections of Indian penal code.


With due respect the applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Honourable sir to the following submissions as follows.


1-It is submitted before the Honourable sir that the applicant is a senior citizen and a law abiding individual whose age is 79 years which means he is 79 years old now. Which is the root cause the applicant is reaping the benefit of the vulnerability of the applicant and committing the offence of cheating with the applicant which is a criminal offence.


2-The opposition party is working as a clerk in the department of backward class under the monitoring of backward class officer district Mirzapur. Through the service he has amassed a huge wealth by indulging in unlawful activities which are disproportionate to his known source of income. Which must also be investigated by concerned police thoroughly.


3-it is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the matter concerns the breach of trust why is the opposition party violated the trust of the applicant which is punishable under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code? The crime of the opposition party is quite explicit if the valuation of the property may be estimated by the police and the payment made by the opposition party may be calculated add entire payment made by the opposition party through the banking transaction and this transaction has been made after the registry was executed by the concerned public authority.


4- it is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the matter concerns Several green trees cut down by the offenders illegally consequently F.I.R. must be registered in the light of The U. P. Protection of Trees Act, 1976(U.P. Act No. 45 of 1976) up480 Dated 19th November, 1976 Received the assent of the Governor on November 19, 1976, published in U.P. Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 22nd November, 1976, pp. 8-13.As amended by U. P. Act No. 28 of 1998. Please register the first information report under sections of the Indian law.


5- it is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the opposition party is reaping the benefit of the older the age of the applicant as they know that the applicant cannot keep its arguments before the competent authorities at this old age. Please help the applicant by taking action against the offenders under the appropriate law of the land so that justice maybe available to the applicant as required under the law.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon'ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of the citizenry by delivering services in an arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap the benefit of loopholes in the system and depriving poor citizens of the right to justice. Therefore it is need of the hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this, your applicant shall ever pray you, Hon'ble Sir.

The applicant has submitted the signed representations before almost every public authority to seek justice whose postal receipt is attached to the grievance including our chief minister Yogi Aditya Nath ji.
