Whether it is justified on the Jansunwai portal, it is decided whose grievance to be accepted and whose grievance not to be accepted. This is the first government in the history of Uttar Pradesh which runs away from the people suffering from the lawlessness of the corrupt staff of the government. In earlier governments, people could submit their grievances, but this honest government not only decide the acceptance of submissions of aggrieved but also accepts bogus and inconsistent reports on the Jansunwai portal consequently lowering the dignity of the portal initiated by its predecessor.

4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that now applicant wants to focus to the grievance which could not be submitted on the insecure Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.
If the Jigna police are really interested to resolve the problems created by offenders, then they should adopt the logistic approach to the matter. Here it is quite obvious that offenders are not waiting for the judgement of the competent court in the subjudice matter as quite obvious lis pendens. But one thing is quite evident Jigna police will wreak vengeance on the applicant for submitting representations before the competent authorities for justice against the illegal grabbing of land by offenders whose litigation is pending before the revenue court. The applicant has attached the current photographs to the grievance which is status quo after calling two times dial 112 police on the site on the part of the applicant.
SPIO in the office of S.P. Mirzapur may provide the following.
1-Son of the applicant called the police by dialling 112, but the boring still continued by the offenders. Please provide the documents/order note of competent authority which made police impotent to take action in the matter.
2-In sub judice/ lis pendens matter, offenders are trying to supersede the jurisdiction of the competent revenue court, and police are mute spectators. Which canon of law supports the stagnancy of police in the matter?
3-Provide the posting details with names and designations of police personnel who visited the site today and failed to stop illegal boring in impugned land.
