It is 19 July 2022 which implies that two months 14 days passed but Concerned PIO in the office of chief minister, government of Uttar Pradesh did not provide any point information out of three points sought. Objects of Right to Information Act 2005 are to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities so that growing corruption in the government machinery may be curbed by the citizens in this largest democracy in the world where people of the country are supreme rulers.

Undoubtedly it is bitter truth that corrupt public functionaries in the government machinery are over dominant who are lessening the sharpness of this weapon by hatching conspiracy against this public spirited act. 

निःसंदेह यह कड़वी सच्चाई है कि सरकारी तंत्र में भ्रष्ट लोक सेवकों का दबदबा है जो इस जन-उत्साही कृत्य के खिलाफ साजिश रचकर इस हथियार के तेज को कम कर रहे हैं 

Since the matter concerns the corruption of the office of chief minister therefore Concerned PIO in the office of chief minister, the government of Uttar Pradesh is running away from providing access to information to the information seeker. On the one side, the Concerned PIO in the office of chief minister, the government of Uttar Pradesh draws a huge salary from the public exchequer but on the other side also promotes corruption through its cryptic and mysterious activities. 

चूंकि मामला मुख्यमंत्री के कार्यालय के भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित है, इसलिए मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय में संबंधित पीआईओ, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार सूचना चाहने वाले को सूचना उपलब्ध कराने से भाग रहा है। एक तरफ तो मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय में संबंधित पीआईओ, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार सरकारी खजाने से मोटी तनख्वाह लेते हैं, लेकिन दूसरी तरफ अपनी गूढ़ और रहस्यमय गतिविधियों के जरिए भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा भी देते हैं

* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns harsh action taken by the Yogi Adityanath against defaulters indulged in deep irregularities regarding land acquisition. Lucknow, May 4 (PTI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has suspended former District Magistrate of Ghaziabad Nidhi Kesarwani for alleged irregularities in land acquisitions for Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Eastern Peripheral Expressway. For more information, vide tweet made in the official twitter account of the chief minister, government of Uttar Pradesh attached to this R.T.I. Application. 

The public information officer in the office of chief minister may provide the following information within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. 

1-It is quite obvious that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has suspended former District Magistrate of Ghaziabad Nidhi Kesarwani for alleged irregularities in land acquisitions and for departmental action, the matter will be referred to Government of India as the defaulter is on deputation. 

Provide the copy of the communication exchanged with the concerned department government of India to implement the suspension order. 

2-A section officer and a review officer of the Appointment Department will also be suspended for the delay in taking up the matter on the probe report. Departmental action will also be initiated against the deputy secretary. Please provide the action taken in detail by the government of Uttar Pradesh for laxity against section officers and a review officer as well as deputy secretary. 

3-Strict action will be taken against those involved in irregularities in land acquisition, the tweet said, adding an FIR would be lodged against the guilty. If any F.I.R. has been registered, then provides its details.
