It is 18 July 2022 which implies that two months passed but chief medical officer Prayagraj did not provide any point information out of six points sought. For more details, vide attached document to this appeal. 

Objects of Right to Information Act 2005 are to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities so that growing corruption in the government machinery may be curbed by the citizens in this largest democracy in the world where people of the country are supreme rulers.

Undoubtedly it is bitter truth that corrupt public functionaries in the government machinery are overdominant who are lessening the sharpness of this weapon by hatching conspiracy against this public spirited act. 

निःसंदेह यह कड़वी सच्चाई है कि सरकारी तंत्र में भ्रष्ट लोक सेवकों का दबदबा है जो इस जन-उत्साही कृत्य के खिलाफ साजिश रचकर इस हथियार के तेज को कम कर रहे हैं 

Since the matter concerns the corruption of the chief medical officer therefore he is running away from providing access to information to the information seeker. On the one side, the chief medical officer draws a huge salary from the public exchequer but on the other side also promotes corruption through its cryptic and mysterious activities. 

चूंकि मामला मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी के भ्रष्टाचार से संबंधित है, इसलिए वह सूचना चाहने वाले को सूचना उपलब्ध कराने से भाग रहा है। एक तरफ तो मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी सरकारी खजाने से मोटी तनख्वाह लेते हैं, लेकिन दूसरी तरफ अपनी गूढ़ और रहस्यमय गतिविधियों के जरिए भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा भी देते हैं

1-Provide the copy of the response made by Manager/ Coordinator, Sahara Nursing Home in order to comply with the direction dated 06 May 2022 of the chief medical officer. 

2-Applicant has a video clip of the humiliation of Vandana Singh and his younger brother by the Manager/ Coordinator, Sahara Nursing Home. Such a criminal approach never suits the man occupying the post of manager in a nursing home registered with the government of Uttar Pradesh. 

Please provide the whatsapp number on which this youtube uploaded video can be sent for proper action as required under the law. 

3-Provide the mechanism of how the registered clinics, Nursing homes and private sector hospitals registered with the office are controlled by the office of chief medical officer. 

4-Provide the total number of registered  clinics, Nursing homes and private sector hospitals in the district Prayagraj. 

5-Provide the name and designation of the public staff who checked the compliance of set up norms by the Sahara Nursing Home,Gauhaniya Chauraha, Banda Road, Prayagraj pin code is 212107 required for registration of Nursing home in the office of Chief Medical Officer. 6-Provide the name and designation of the public staff who checked the working of Sahara Nursing Home in a routine checking on the part of chief medical officer.
