The matter concerns a paralysed network regarding the B.S.N.L.Mobile numbers-9794760348, 7379105911,and 9336252631only showing laxity of the concerned public staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. SinghDate of Receipt 25/02/2022 Received By Ministry/Department Telecommunications The concerned staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited has written in its reply that the report is attached to the grievance so grievance must be disposed of. Here this question arises: why is this attachment not visible to the complainant? Whether God bestowed miraclus eyes to the monitoring body working at the public grievance portal. Here it is quite obvious that staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited are playing a bad game with the consumers and violating the consumer rights of the customers. Whether it is not reflecting complete insolence on the part of the staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited who only procrastinated on the submitted grievance of the aggrieved complainant and this activity of the staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited only showing the deep rooted corruption in the department of the central government headed by Narendra Damodar Modi quite obvious from the matter. Corrupt practices may be promoted in the working of departments under the prime minister office.

Every time they assure aggrieved customers that they will remain cautious in future and will make efforts to resolve such problems in advance but in every month, they are repeating the same parrot reply as complaints are piling up before them. They must increase their credibility by dedicating to the services for which they draw a huge salary from the public exchequer.   1. For a few years, the credibility of the government was reached at the Nadir because of pseudo honest political masters who are habitual to consider the citizenry stupid and always try to mislead the common people through its false rhetoric.

Undoubtedly Bharat sanchar Nigam limited is not careful to provide services to the customers quite obvious from the post as the repeated request are being made to them to correct the network speed but they are not making any effort in this direction and they are now providing very bad services even network surfing is not possible.
