* Prayer or Relief Sought Your advice has been followed and information has been sought from district judge Lucknow quite obvious from attached document appeal submitted before district judge Lucknow. Moreover, Factual position of the case is that police colluded with A.C.J.M. Court under the influence of Anuradha Singh Alias Aradhana Singh Alias Guddi Singh and made the mockery of the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad. श्री मान जी माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने दिवानी अनुतोष प्राप्त करने हेतु सक्षम न्यायालय जिसमे टाइटल सूट का निपटारा हो उसकी बात की है न की फौजदारी न्यायालय जो की दंडाधिकारी का न्यायालय होता है वह टाइटल वाद का निपटारा नहीं करता है वल्कि अपराधिक मामले देखता है श्री मान जी प्रार्थी यह जान चुका है की मामले में कोई टाइटल वाद नहीं दाखिल किया गया है इसलिए क्षेत्राधिकारी कैंट से जानना चाहता है की तत्कालीन थानाध्यक्ष कल्याण सिंह सागर को किसने दीवानी न्यायालय का अधिकार दे दिया जिससे उन्होंने अनुराधा सिंह उर्फ गुड्डी सिंह उर्फ आराधना सिंह को मालिकाना हक़ दे दिया If PIO deems it fit that sought information concerns the public authority office of District Judge Lucknow is real custodian of those documents, then he must transfer the R.T.I. Communique under subsection 3 of the section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 to the District Judge Lucknow.

* Description of Information Sought Denial of sought information by the public information officer in the office of the police commissioner Lucknow as he could not understand the contents because it was written in the English language, and he did not take the perusal of the attached document to the R.T.I. Application. Therefore, I am providing the Hindi version of the sought Information. महोदय ऐसा प्रतीत होता है की जनसूचना अधिकारी महोदय को आंग्ल भाषा का तनिक भी ज्ञान नहीं है अन्यथा वे सूचना उपलब्ध कराते विन्दु एक में माँगी गई सूचना है सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जैसा की उपरोक्त ने आदेश किया उपरोक्त आदेश का हिंदी रूपांतरण है प्रतिवादी संख्या चार से सात सीढ़ियों का ताला खोल दे जिससे याचिका कर्ता अनुराधा सिंह बाहर आ सके और सक्षम न्यायालय से उचित उपचार हासिल करे और उसके पश्चात उसे कही भी जाने की स्वतंत्रता होगी
1-महोदय आप कह रहे है की सूचना प्रार्थी आदेश माननीय उच्च न्यायालय से नियमानुसार प्राप्त करे महोदय आप संलग्नक 3, ४ , और ५ का अवलोकन करे जो माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश की प्रति है जिसको प्रार्थी द्वारा नियमानुसार ही प्राप्त किया गया है किन्तु यहां माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के क्रम में जो सक्षम न्यायालय से अनुराधा सिंह द्वारा उपचार हासिल किया गया है जिसके आधार पर आशियाना थाना प्रार्थी दिनेश प्रताप सिंह और उसके परिवार पर भिन्न भिन्न भा. द. वि. की धाराएं लगाईं है उसकी प्रति माँगी गयी है श्री मान जी यह दस्तावेज पुलिस रिकॉर्ड का हिस्सा है उपरोक्त टाइटल वाद निस्तारण के पश्चात यह आदेश होगा की उस मकान और जमीन की मालिक /मालकिन कौन उसी की प्रति मांगी गई है

३-यदि अनुराधा सिंह सक्षम न्यायालय गई ही नहीं तो आशियाना पुलिस को सक्षम न्यायालय का अधिकार किसने दिया जो टाइटल विवाद हल करके अनुराधा सिंह को गृह स्वामिनी बना दिया श्री मान जी क्या पुलिस आयुक्त जो की द्वितीय प्रतिवादी है क्या तत्कालीन थानाध्यक्ष कल्याण सिंह सागर के भ्र्ष्ट डीलिंग्स के लिए दण्डित किया है विवरण उपलब्ध कराये और यदि कोई भ्र्ष्टाचार प्रकरण लंबित हो उसका विवरण श्री मान जब कल्याण सिंह सागर की भ्र्ष्टाचार में संलिप्तता स्पस्ट है तो क्या पुलिस आयुक्त उच्च पदस्थ अधिकारी द्वारा मामले की जांच कराएंगे

ReplyDeleteIt was completely embezzlement which caused station officer Kalyan Singh to provide the title right to the Aradhana Singh in the matter which is the root cause they are not providing information to the information Seeker.
