Think about the gravity of situation that executive engineer Electricity Distribution division second Mr Rajesh Kumar is saying that if someone is asking for bribe then immediately call me on my official mobile number but mobile number is not pick up by him because of his busy schedule of video conference with the senior rank officers and audio conversation with the senior rank officers.He put the allegations of corruption into the heap of garbage in which 5000 was demanded by his subordinates for joining the connection which was disconnected after providing an arbitrary bill. The cause of the allegations made was not containing substantial evidence.Everyone knows that there are two types of evidence of corruption. The first type of evidence is the direct evidence of taking bribes from the aggrieved. The second type of evidence is circumstantial evidence which is proved on the ground of circumstances. Prima facie there is truth in the allegations made by the aggrieved individual but the allegations of corruption was put into the heap of garbage by the Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution division second without ordering any enquiry into the matter which is showing the neutrality of the Executive Engineer in dealing with the matter of corruption in the department of electricity Mirzapur.Think about the gravity of the situation. The victim wrote the representation and submitted it before him in the proper way but he did not take any action in the matter of demanding 5000 rupees bribe for joining the connection which was disconnected arbitrarily by his subordnes.As the Executive Engineer it was his obligatory duty that he had to order an enquiry in the matter by an officer of the department so that truth may come out and if any staff had been found guilty then action had to be taken against him. Which Cannon of law supports the arbitrary stand of the Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution division second Mirzapur mister Rajesh Kumar? उक्त शिकायत के सम्बन्ध में सादर अवगत कराना है कि बकाये पर विद्युत विच्छेदन होने पर आर०सी०/ डी०सी० की धनराशि सम्बन्धित उपभोक्ता के बिल में जुड़ जाता है। किसी भी उपभोक्ता को बकाये की धनराशि जमा करने के उपरान्त लाइन संयोजन कराने हेतु किसी भी धनराशि को देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, क्योंकि निविदाकर्मी को सम्बन्धित कम्पनी द्वारा वेतन भुगतान किया जाता है। जहाँ तक ई-मेल पर प्राप्त शिकायत पर कार्यवाही की बात है, उसके सम्बन्ध में अवगत कराना है कि विद्युत कनेक्शन जोड़ने के नाम पर रु0 5000.00 मांगने का कोई साक्ष्य संलग्न नहीं है। बगैर किसी साक्ष्य के किसी पर कार्यवाही करना सम्भव नहीं है। साथ ही साथ यह भी अवगत कराना है कि किसी भी उपभोक्ता से यदि कोई विभागीय / निविदा कर्मचारी अवैध धनराशि की मांग करता है तो उक्त धनराशि किसी भी दशा में न दिया जाय और अधोहस्ताक्षरी के मो0नं0 9450963598 पर सीधे सम्पर्क कर धनराशि मांगने वाले व्यक्ति से बात करा दी जाय जिससे त्वरित निस्तारण किया जा सके एवं भ्रष्टचार करने का कोई विकल्प न रहे। अतः उपरोक्त प्रकरण इस खण्ड से निस्तारित करने की।कृपा करें।27/02/2023 (राजेश कुमार) अधिशासी अभियन्ता
