The matter concerns the serious allegations of corruption in the working of the department of medical and health District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. Here the state of dilemma is that chief medical officer Mirzapur is saying that the matter concerns the working of the chief medical superintendent of women hospital Mirzapur and chief medical superintendent of women hospital Mirzapur is saying that the matter concerns the chief medical officer Mirzapur. Now the ball is in the court of the chief minister office to decide who has to deal with this matter concerning the serious allegations of corruption.
An application under Article 51A of the constitution of India on behalf of Dhiraj Singh whose address is Aawas Vikas colony district Mirzapur and the mobile number is 790585 3278 and pin code is 23101 Mirzapur City. विषय-Dhiraj Singh alleged that MCH wing of Government women hospital is the centre to refer the patients to private hospitals and earns commission. The matter concerns Mahima Singh, 31 years old, wife of Dhiraj Singh who was admitted in the MCH wing of the government women hospital concerned with the women hospital of the government located at Rambagh, district Mirzapur. Following is the report submitted by the chief medical officer Mirzapur on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

आवेदक द्वारा एम. सी. एच. विंग जिला महिला चिकित्सालय, मिर्जापुर के सम्बन्ध में शिकायत की गई है। उक्त शिकायती प्रकरण महिला चिकित्सालय, मिर्जापुर (माँ विन्ध्यवासिनी स्वशासी राजकीय चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय, मिर्जापुर) से सम्बन्धित है। अतः उक्त शिकायत प्रधानाचार्य, मॉ विन्ध्यवासिनी स्वशासी राज्य चिकित्सा महाविद्यालय / मुख्य चिकित्सा अधीक्षक, जिला महिला चिकित्सालय, मिर्जापुर के स्तर से निस्तारित की जायेगी ।
शिकायती प्रकरण अधोहस्ताक्षरी से सम्बन्धित नहीं है। अतः प्रकरण निस्तारित किया जाता है।

Sir, is it appropriate that this case of corruption should be closed on the basis that the case is related to the Chief Medical Officer, Mirzapur. Sir, is this the honesty of the Yogi government which makes tall claims of honesty. It is true that the Women Child Wing, which is related to the District Women Hospital, is based on the theory of Public Private Partnership. But on this day, the Women child wing Hospital only refers the patients who come here to private hospitals. Sir, was this women child wing opened for the purpose that it would refer the patients coming here to private hospitals and then go to the same doctors who refer them and get them delivered there. Think ₹ 40000 was spent, whereas if they had tried, the delivery could have been done without operation, but when extortion is to be done, all the principles end. Sir, this hospital was inaugurated by our MP Anupriya Patel and it is known as a link in the development of Mirzapur, but treatment is not done here, rather patients are referred to private hospitals, this is the honesty of this Yogi government. . Sir, the people of Mirzapur do not want this kind of development, due to which ₹ 40000 is spent only in delivery. Sir, the case should be sent to the Chief Medical Officer, Mirzapur for disposal and should not be closed in this way, otherwise it is a big sign of corruption.
