Grievance Description
The fee under RTI Act 2005 has been paid but last step could not complete on the RTI Portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.
An application by the applicant on behalf of Mrs Meenakshi Devi wife of Mr Chhannu regarding prime minister awas scheme under Article 51 A of the constitution of India. Minakshi Devi questioned the competence of B.D.O. Jamalpur for submitting photographs of house Minakshi Devi W/O Late Bharat in her complaint. There are five pages in the attached PDF document to the RTI Application. and four pages showing entitlement of Minakshi Devi W/O Chhannu for Prime Minister Awas Scheme and page five says that Minakshi Devi W/O Late Bharat is not entitled for Prime Minister Awas scheme.

विषय-श्रीमान जी प्रकरण का संबंध मीनाक्षी देवी पत्नी छन्नू से है ना कि मीनाक्षी देवी पत्नी स्वर्गीय भरत से श्रीमान जी पूर्व ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी के रिपोर्ट से स्पष्ट है कि मीनाक्षी देवी पत्नी छन्नू योग्यता वरीयता क्रम में तीसरे अंक पर हैं उनका नाम सूची में शामिल है किंतु 3 साल से सिर्फ आवास की प्रतीक्षा हो रही है क्या यह भ्रष्टाचार नहीं है । ऐसा प्रतीत होता है खंड विकास अधिकारी जमालपुर जो इस समय पोस्टेड हैं जमालपुर ब्लॉक में नकल करके पास हुए हैं उन्हें प्रार्थना पत्र में लिखी बातें समझ में नहीं आती है और या तो फिर आरक्षण से आए हैं शिकायत संख्या -40019922028075 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P SinghMinakshi Devi is entitled for prime minister Awas yojana but she is not provided yet by overlooking direction 27 May 2019 of commissioner rural development attached as first page of the PDF document.

1-Minakshi Devi is entitled for prime minister Awas yojana but she has not provided yet by overlooking direction 27 May 2019 of commissioner rural development attached as first page of the PDF document.Please provide the copy of the report submitted by the chief development officer Mirzapur in compliance with the direction dated 27 May 2019 passed by commissioner rural development, Uttar Pradesh.
2-In the complaint number-40019922028075, Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur submitted the report of Minakshi Devi W/O Late Bharat while the complaint made on behalf of Minakshi Devi W/O Chhannu. Please provide the circular, office memo, notification and Government Orders which support the stand of Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur. If not such manuals, then provide the action taken report against Block Development Officer Jamalpur District-Mirzapur.
3- Provide the total number of prime minister awases granted by the government of Uttar Pradesh and the government of India to Village Sakaraudi, Development block Jamaalpur, Police station- Adalhat District- Mirzapur, State- Uttar Pradesh in the financial year 2020-21 with details.
4- Provide the total number of prime minister awases granted by the government of Uttar Pradesh and the government of India to Village Sakaraudi, Development block Jamaalpur, Police station- Adalhat District- Mirzapur, State- Uttar Pradesh in the financial year 2021-22 with details.

श्रीमान जी खंड विकास अधिकारी जमालपुर अपने रिपोर्ट दिनांक 11 मार्च 2023 में कहते हैं कि मीनाक्षी पत्नी छन्नू के पास कच्चा मकान है जो कि प्रधानमंत्री आवास हेतु पात्र श्रेणी में है परंतु मीनाक्षी पत्नी छन्नू का नाम आवास प्लस की सूची में नहीं है वर्तमान समय में आवास प्लस का पोर्टल बंद है जबकि ग्राम पंचायत के प्रस्तावित रजिस्टर के क्रम में सिक्स नंबर पर दर्ज कर लिया गया है जब ही आवास प्लस का पोर्टल खुलेगा उनका नाम जोड़कर नियमानुसार आवास से लाभान्वित कर दिया जाएगा अतः उक्त प्रकरण को निक्षेपित करने का कष्ट करेंश्रीमान जी पात्र लोगों को मकान कहां मिलता है मिलता तो अपात्रों को है उसके लिए आप भिन्न-भिन्न सूचियां बनाते हैं भिन्न-भिन्न तरह से भ्रष्टाचार करते हैं उस भ्रष्टाचार में कहां क्या परिवर्तन कर दें कोई पता नहीं है आपके दस्तावेजों की क्रेडिबिलिटी क्या है यह आप ही जानते हैं जब मूड हुआ बदल दिए जिस तरह से पीपल का पत्ता हिलता है उसी तरह से आप के दस्तावेज बदले जाते रामदूत सिंह जी की रिपोर्ट से स्पष्ट है कि मीनाक्षी देवी वरीयता क्रम में तीसरे स्थान पर थी और अभी तक उसका मकान नहीं बना यह बहुत बड़ा भ्रष्टाचार है जबकि प्रकरण प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय से संबंधित और कमिश्नर रूरल डेवलपमेंट मामले को फॉरवर्ड किए थे
