The appellant sent the email on the aforementioned email bearing subject as- the Department of appointment did not provide any information to information seeker concerning declaration of assets by provincial civil servants and their family members. The description of the sent email is as follows. Mahesh Pratap Singh Yogi M P Singh <yogimpsingh@gmail.com> 27 February 2023 at 14:00 To: secyoppint@nic.in, soniyukti5@gmail.com, Chief Minister <cmup@nic.in>, Governor Uttar Pradesh <hgovup@gov.in>, PMO India <indiaportal@gov.in>, PMO India <connect@mygov.nic.in>, President Secretariat <presidentofindia@rb.nic.in>, supremecourt <supremecourt@nic.in> It is most unfortunate that the public information officer did not take the email representation of the appellant seriously because of the anarchy in the state. What is the value of your public statement of chief minister Yogi Adityanath regarding voluntary disclosure of assets by provincial civil servants and their family members? PIO again procrastinating on my RTI Application submitted online quite obvious from the following submissions. I think that he had to tell during the first time that such deliberations are made by our political masters to garner support of people and build up a public image of honesty and there is no substance in such speculations made by our political masters. They should not make the mockery of the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 as being made by them. Honesty is not a bed of roses.
PIO in the office of chief minister, government of Uttar Pradesh may provide the following information point wise within stipulated time as prescribed under sub section 1 of the section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 as follows.
1-Copy of the circular/ government orders/office memorandums issued to subordinate offices for disclosure of assets voluntarily.
2-Name and designation of the subordinates of the Honourable chief minister who declared their property voluntarily.
3-PIO may furnish the access to information regarding strategy to ascertain success of the pious campaign of voluntary disclosure of the assets by the public staff initiated by the stalwart chief minister Yogi Adityanath has created sensation among corrupt sheep.
