C.R.O. Mirzapur failed to understand the contents of the appeal and the question mark on his eligibility required to be checked by the competent authority of government.Nodal officer sent the appeal of Ashok Kumar Maurya to S.D.M. Chunar instead of S.D.M. of Tehsil sadar, district-Mirzapur, thus made the mockery of provisions of R.T.I. Act 2005. Chief Revenue Officer Mirzapur is the public information officer of the Collectorate and district magistrate is the nodal officer of the district Mirzapur for implementation of RTI but this job is also performed by the chief revenue officer so such corrupt techniques are adopted to keep on corrupt practices in the Tehsils.

Disciplinary action must be taken against the Tehsildar Sadar for making the mockery of Right to Information Act 2005. The matter concerns the grabbing of the public land by the land mafia by colluding with the staff of the tehsil. The public information officer tahsildar Sadar is misleading the information seeker seeking the information.
Think about the inconsistent and bogus report submitted by the tahsildar Sadar on the RTI portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh reflecting deep rooted corruption in the working of the tehsil Sadar. Since the entire land has been sold by the staff of the tehsils Sadar to the land mafia so there is no land belongs to the government at the ground level in the aforementioned village panchayat which is the root cause of the confusing report which is totally misleading submitted on the portal by the tahsildar Sadar.
Undoubtedly tahsildar Sadar made the mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005 by providing such a misleading report on the government portal of Uttar Pradesh. Entire land has been grabbed by the land mafia of the village panchayat by taking the staff of the tehsil Sadar in good faith and no official ever visited in the village panchayat to ascertain the current status which was their obligatory duty. Lekhpal of the village panchayat ran away from touching the points of the submitted RTI application. He was too perturbed, quite obvious from their submitted report.
