* Prayer or Relief Sought It is quite obvious that the Date of Filing of this RTI request is 29/07/2022 and information was made available by C.O. City Prabhat Ray through a communication dated 19 July 2022 which means his intuition disclosed to him that the information seeker will seek information from the DGP office and he prepared the reply already. Undoubtedly, forest rule has substituted rule of law. As king will be, likewise his subordinates. Note:- Further details will be available on viewing the status of the above-mentioned new request registration number. It is 24 October 2022 today which implies that the concerned PIO did not provide the information sought in two months and 22 days consequently he/she violated the provision subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005.

1-Provide the provisions of law /circulars/government orders /office memorandums which enable the superintendent of police Mirzapur to delegate his powers of First Appellate Authority to PIO cum nodal officer against whom appeals are made by the appellants.
2-Provide the provisions of law /circulars/government orders /office memorandums which enable PIO to entertain appeals made against him for cryptic denials of sought information quite obvious from the attached document to the online RTI request.
3-As the supreme monitoring body in the state, the office of DGP may provide a copy of a single appeal submitted by the appellant entertained by the superintendent of police Mirzapur by adopting the logistic approach in the matter under his own signature.
The right to information Act 2005 failed to achieve its objective because of incompetent public personnel and rampant corruption in the government machinery. How will transparency and accountability be ensured in the working of the public authority if there is no transparency and accountability in the dealings of the staff who are accountable for the ratification of the provisions of the Right to information act 2005?
