Honorable sir with this grievance the applicant has attached the order passed by the revenue inspector under sub section 2 of section 33 of the revenue code 2006. Revenue inspector Mr Hanuman Prasad Mishra area Karnaipur on 27 November 2022. Which is quite obvious from the first page of the attached document. Following application has been submitted by the applicant on the jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh which was forwarded online to the bandobast Adhikari of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Since the process of consolidation of the land is under practice in gram panchayat Govardhanpur for many years so it is not possible to submit online application for the inheritance so this grievance may be considered as the representation of the aforementioned applicants. आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण शिकायत संख्या -40017522171152 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-श्रीमान जी प्रसांत सिंह द्वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रस्तुत किया गया है जो ऑनलाइन आवेदन राजस्व ग्राम सराय जीत राय उर्फ पूरे भावा के लिए है ना कि राजस्व ग्राम गोवर्धनपुर के लिए क्योंकि गोवर्धनपुर में कई वर्षों से सरकार द्वारा चकबंदी का कार्य कराया जा रहा है इस वजह से गोवर्धनपुर से संबंधित ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रस्तुत नहीं किया जा सकता है किंतु सराय जीत राय उर्फ पूरे भावा को का तो आवेदन जहां प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है वह प्रसांत सिंह द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया गया जोकि इस शिकायत के साथ संलग्न है श्रीमान जी शिव बहादुर सिंह पुत्र विजय बहादुर सिंह के नाम जो भी चल अचल संपत्ति है उसका वरासत उनके पुत्र प्रसांत सिंह और उनकी विधवा उमा सिंह के नाम कर दिया जाए जोकि संबंधित लेखपाल का नैतिक दायित्व है श्रीमान जी भ्रष्टाचार को पोषित करने वाले भिन्न-भिन्न मानदंडों को अपनाना और मनमाने नियम बनाना संबंधित कानूनगो, लेखपाल और तहसीलदार द्वारा कहां तक उचित है कृपया जिम्मेदारी के साथ कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन होना चाहिए जिसके लिए सरकार द्वारा मोटी रकम तनख्वाह के रूप में दी जाती है राजस्व ग्राम के सभी राजस्व रिकॉर्ड का संरक्षक तो लेखपाल होता है ना उसको हर जानकारी होती है और वरासत का कार्य उसी के द्वारा संपादित कराया जाता है  it is obligatory duty of the concerned staff of the department of consolidation to ensure the name of Prasant Singh and Uma Singh at the place of Shiv Bahadur Singh quite obvious from the order of the respective revenue inspector in the matter. it is quite obvious that there has been considerable delay in the matter of inheritance so it is expected that concerned staff will execute the process of inheritance without any further delay in the interest of justice. The matter concerns the old age widow so the utmost attention be given by the concerned staff in the matter.
