I have managed to make the aforementioned post online because I was well apprised with the working style of Krishna Nagar Police station that it will submit an arbitrary and inconsistent report without pursuing investigation. महोदय, आपने शिकायत के निवारण के संबंध में रात 10 बजे संदेश भेजा। मैंने उपरोक्त पोस्ट को ऑनलाइन करने में कामयाबी हासिल की है क्योंकि कृष्णा नगर पुलिस स्टेशन की कार्यशैली से मुझे अच्छी तरह से अवगत कराया गया था कि यह जांच किए बिना एक मनमानी और असंगत रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेगा श्री मान जी 09072022 तक आप द्वारा कोई जांच नहीं की गई है तो १० बजे रात आप को यह रिपोर्ट कहा से मिल गई महोदय आप द्वारा आवेदिका से कई बार बातचीत करने पर भी आवेदिका द्वारा आप को रजिस्ट्री का कागजात नहीं उपलब्ध कराया गया श्री मान जी Mobile number8687593247 पर आप द्वारा किस समय बात किया गया पुलिस बहुत आसानी से कॉल डिटेल्स चेक कर सकती है अर्थात इस एक हप्ते में कभी संपर्क नहीं किया श्री मान जी क्या सरकार आप को भारी भरकम तनख्वाह इसलिए देती है कि आप द्वारा जनसुनवाई पोर्टल पर झूठा रिपोर्ट लगाया जाय Kamala Dayal who is sub inspector in Local Intelligence Unit द्वारा मीडिया के समक्ष ८० वर्षीय बृद्ध पिता पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए गए श्री मान जी किसी भी पुलिस पर्सनेल को मीडिया को सम्बोधित करना जिसका वीडियो यू ट्यूब पर लाइव है क्या अनुशासनहीनता की कोटि में नहीं आता श्री मान जी क्या कमला दयाल द्वारा सक्षम अधिकारी से अनुमति ली गयीPIO in the office of D.G.P. Lucknow may provide access to information to the information seeker within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information 2005. 1-PIO may provide information when sub inspector Abhay Kumar Vajpeyi Police station Krishna Nagar Lucknow as investigation officer contacted the information seeker. 2-Without paimise of the impugned land, sub inspector Abhay Kumar Vajpeyi Police station Krishna Nagar Lucknow reached on conclusion that offenders did not grab the land. Please provide the technique provided to aforementioned sub inspector Abhay Kumar Vajpeyi by police which is instrumental in investigation of cases without visiting the site and sitting at the police station. 3-Please provide circular or office memorandum which allow investigation officer in police to submit arbitrary report on Jansunwai portal without examining the claim and checking clues available to aggrieved applicant. 4-Please provide circular or office memorandum which allow L.I.U. sub inspector Kamala Dayal to address media without permission of competent staff. If permission taken,then provide name and designation of staff granted permission.
