श्री मान जी प्रार्थी को न्याय दिलाए क्यों पूर्वजो से प्राप्त संपत्ति में प्रार्थी का हक़ है जिसके लिए आप के समक्ष दंडवत है उपजिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्ज़ापुर महोदय प्रार्थी के साथ हो रहे अन्याय का परिमार्जन करे सूचना आवेदक निम्नलिखित मामले में एक वादी है और उसने 25 मार्च 2022 को यह वाद उपजिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्ज़ापुर को भेजा और डाक विभाग ने 26 मार्च 2022 को स्पीड पोस्ट वाद डिलीवर कर  दिया ।
उत्तर प्रदेश की राजस्व संहिता 2006 यथा संशोधित  2012 का अधिनियम संख्या 8 अंतिम अद्यतन 30 मार्च 2021के  धारा 116 के तहत एक आवेदन/मुकदमा  जिसमे रघुवर दयाल सिंह पुत्र भानु प्रताप सिंह से अपने हिस्से की भूमि और अन्य संपत्तियों की मांग करने के लिए  जो की  उन्हें उत्तराधिकारियों से विरासत में मिली विरासत भूमि की मनमानी बिक्री से रोकना।
याचिकाकर्ता रघुवर दयाल सिंह का पुत्र है, जो पूर्वजों से विरासत में मिली रघुवर दयाल सिंह को विरासत में मिली पूरी संपत्ति में हिस्सेदारी का अधिकार रखता है, इसलिए कृपया वादी को राहत प्रदान करें ताकि वह  अपने पिता द्वारा की गई मनमानी कार्रवाई से उसके अधिकारों का अतिक्रमण न हो
श्री मान जी प्रार्थी द्वारा जनसूचना अधिकार २००५ के तहत आवेदन और अपील के पश्चात् भी कोई सूचना नहीं उपलब्ध कराया गया जैसा की संलग्नको से स्पस्ट है श्री मान जी प्रार्थी के आवेदन कहा पंहुचा उपजिलाधिकारी सदर द्वारा क्या कार्यवाही की गयी है अभी तक यह तो जानने का हक़ बनता है प्रार्थी का Information seeker is a plaintiff in the following case and sent this plaint to sub divisional Magistrate Sadar on 25 March 2022 and the department of post delivered the speed post on 26 March 2022 quite obvious from the speed post tracking attached to the R.T.I. Application. An application/ Litigation under section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006, U.P. Act No. 8 of 2012 Last Updated 30th March 2021 to seek its share of Land and other properties from Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh and restrain him from arbitrary sale of transitory land inherited from inheritors. Petitioner is a son of Raghuvar Dayal Singh having share rights in the entire property inherited from ancestors to  Raghuvar Dayal Singh as inheritance so Kindly grant reprieve to litigant so that his rights may not be encroached from arbitrary action perpetrated by his own father.  In the court of   Honourable Sub divisional Magistrate Sadar District: Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh
Prayer - Please direct concerned staff of Tahsil Sadar to divide the entire properties both movable and immovable unpartitioned land and sold properties illegally by Raghuvar Dayal Singh without consent of stakeholder between stakeholder Kamlesh Singh in the name of father  Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh.
It is my humble request to the Honourable Sir to restrain  opposition party Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh from selling more transitory land inherited from ancestors without dividing stakeholder Kamlesh Singh and Raghuvar Dayal Singh as illegal acts are being committed by him arbitrarily. For more feedback, vide document to this application.
PIO may provide the following information point wise as follows. 
1-Provide the notings made on the aforementioned plaint by the staff of public authority dealing with the aforementioned communication.
2-Provide the name and designation of the staff currently dealing with the aforementioned communication.
3-Provide the action taken report by the Sub divisional Magistrate Sadar on the aforementioned plaint.

The matter concerns anarchy and lawlessness in the working of the subdivisional magisrate Sadar where core issues raised by the aggrieved applicants are overlooked through arbitrary and inconsistent reports submitted by the Lekhpals.
