If OTP/SMS will not be sent by the state bank of India, then whatever type of debit card, customers can never transfer money to anybody, quite obvious from cryptic mysterious and corrupt activity of the concerned staff of the State Bank of India. State Bank of India is never interested in resolving the problems of customers by taking the recourse of various cunning tricks. 
If the ATM card is activated, then why is the ATM card /GLOBAL Card not still working? Why is SBI not sending OTP on the registered mobile number for success of transaction? If the Global card was dysfunctional, why did the state bank of India deduct the charge of the Global card? For more details, vide attached document to the grievance. The matter concerns Global card digits as 5446700049437177 is not working from the date it was issued but the state bank of India deducted the annual charge?
Dear Sir/Madam, Everyone knows that arbitrariness is the gate of corruption and because of rampant corruption in the working of public authority State Bank of India, arbitrariness has been an integral part of practice of the staff of public authority State Bank of India. Sir, SBI quick is the app of the state bank of India downloaded from google play is not working because SBI staff are more busy in looting the innocent and gullible people. Whether SBI will not disclose the mini-statements, balance as not disclosing presently ?

Branch manager City branch State Bank of India stated in its reply as follows. we have informed customer regarding the card activation process as the card held with the customer is inactive. after the activation process all the services related to the debit card will resume. I want to draw the kind attention of the accountable staff of the State Bank of India to the screen shot taken from the internet banking of the applicant which is categorically showing that ATM card issued to the applicant is active so there is no need to initiate the process of activation because process of activation has been already carried out by the applicant and the branch manager city branch of the State Bank of India district Mirzapur only misleading the not only applicant but the senior rank officers of the State Bank of India. Think about the gravity of situation that entire customer care of the State Bank are saying that ATM card is activated and showing active but the branch manager is saying that ATM card is inactive and redressing the grievances arbitrarily which is the root cause of numerous grievances are being submitted by the applicant. Multiple grievances on the same subject is being submitted because of the incompetence of the branch manager of the city branch of the State Bank of India district Mirzapur . As far as the matter concerning the main branch off State Bank of India is that matter is concerned with the deep rooted corruption which must be looked into by a team of the expert so that corrupt deeds of the staff of the Bank may be exposed.
