Right to information act 2005 was introduced by the government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authority and here assistant public information officer Cantt repeatedly provided information that Ashiana police acted under the direction of the court as Anuradha Singh name changed Aradhana Singh submitted petition before the court under sub section 3 of section 156 of the criminal panel code and court give the direction to register first information report in the matter after investigation. 
This implies that Ashiana police station which  was the party number 3 in the high court case overlooked the verdict passed by the Lucknow bench are the high court of Judicature at Allahabad and followed the direction of the lower court by overlooking the verdict of the High court which was binding on  the Ashiana police, home secretary and commissioner of police as home secretary was the party number 1, commissioner of police was the party number 2 and Ashiana police was the party number 3 in the case in which honourable high court of Judicature at Allahabad decided the verdict. 
Consequently entire police personnel who abused their post and position must be subjected to the penal proceedings of the law of land for violating verdict passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad. Undoubtedly lower court Lucknow had passed the order to register the first information report but it did not say to overlook the verdict delivered by the Lucknow bench off the High court of judicature at Allahabad and this blunder was done by Ashiana police itself. Now the time has come when the Lucknow police may correct stand by taking the action against the wrongdoer police personnel who committed wrong by disobeying the order passed by the Lucknow bench of the high court of judicature at Allahabad. Think about the gravity of situation that when a single fish can make dirty entire water of the pond then think about a Syndicate of corrupt police personnel is working in the department of police in the commissionerate Lucknow so what would be outcome if no  action will be taken by the accountable public functionaries in the office of the public authority police at Lucknow. Think about the gravity situation that concerned police personnel took under teeth the direction of the Lucknow bench of the high court of Judicature at Allahabad because of the corruption prevalent in the office of the public authority.

* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the lawlessness and anarchy now dealt in the lower court Lucknow and district judge Lucknow is its administrative head. According to PIO, Police commissioner Lucknow following information is available in district court so they must provide. More detail is attached. 
1- सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जैसा की उपरोक्त ने आदेश किया उपरोक्त आदेश का हिंदी रूपांतरण है प्रतिवादी संख्या चार से सात सीढ़ियों का ताला खोल दे जिससे याचिका कर्ता अनुराधा सिंह बाहर आ सके और सक्षम न्यायालय से उचित उपचार हासिल करे और उसके पश्चात उसे कही भी जाने की स्वतंत्रता होगी महोदय जैसा की उच्च न्यायालय ने आदेश दिया उसका अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करना प्रतिवादी १,२ और तीन की जिम्मेदारी थी और अब संलग्नक एक से स्पस्ट है निबंधन विलेख का संपादन लखनऊ विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा किया जा चूका है श्री मान जी आप द्वारा किस तरह से अनुराधा सिंह द्वारा माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के अनुपालन सुनिश्चित कराया गया 
२-यदि आप के पास उपरोक्त माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के क्रम में कोई सक्षम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश जो अनुराधा सिंह की मालिकाना हक़ को पुष्ट करता हो तो उस आदेश की प्रति उपलब्ध कराये 
३-यदि अनुराधा सिंह टाइटल सूट नहीं योजित की और गलत तरीके से निबंधन विलेख का संपादन करा लिया तो आप ने क्या कार्यवाही की विवरण उपलब्ध कराये
