Submissions before Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commissions by aggrieved Sugun Singh against District Supply Officer and District Marketing Officer.

Prayer-To direct the Superintendent of police to carry out investigation in the matter through an officer of rank deputy superintendent of police to expose Amit Kumar and trace the connection of Amit Kumar with district marketing officer and district supply officer so that ration card of the Sugun Singh may be restored. 

How the widow Sugun Singh is being penalized arbitrarily without fault by cancelling her ration card while the wrongdoers are running scot-free? Whether the human rights of a widow is protected in this largest democracy in the world? What a justice that innocent and gullible people are being targeted by the corrupt public functionaries and accountable public /government functionaries are the mute spectators by overlooking the law of land.  

Nitin Singh is the son of widow Sugun Singh but defaulter is Nitin Singh Amit Kumar who is the agent of dept. of food and civil supply department of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Here wrongdoer is the Amit Kumar who sold the paddy of Rs. 396763.20 by misusing the Ration card of the widow Sugun Singh. Amit Kumar is not the family member of the Sugun Singh. Both district marketing officer and district supply officer are shielding the Amit Kumar because his connections with them. 

Here ration card of Sugun Singh was cancelled while the wrongdoer is the Amit Kumar whose identity is not being disclosed by the food and civil supply department of the government of Uttar Pradesh .

An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India. The matter concerns deep-rooted corruption in the purchase of paddy and wheat. 

It is quite obvious that no enquiry was carried out by the government of Uttar Pradesh regarding the ration cardholders who sold paddy and wheat over three Lakh rupees. How can the office of the district supply officer Mirzapur cancel the ration card of a large number of ration cardholders merely on the bogus report prepared by the corrupt staffs of the government concerned with the malpractices of the government staff themselves? Why the government of Uttar Pradesh is frightened itself in ordering a transparent and accountable enquiry through a proper agency which may look into the matter at the grass root level.

If the chief minister office in the government of Uttar Pradesh is honest, then why are they running away from providing following information to the complainant under Right to Information Act 2005? 

PIO may provide the following information point wise as sought. 

1-Provide the name and designation of the subordinate officer who provided the aforementioned illogical conclusion that the matter concerns district supply office to escape the matter concerns deep rooted corruption.

 2--Please provide the name and designation of the staff who cancelled the Ration card of the widow Sugun Singh. Why blatant misuse of power was not checked but concerned preferred to cancel the Ration card on the Large scale injured the interest of the vulnerable section of the people? . 

3-You may also provide the account details through which transactions were made. 

4-You may disclose the detail of the Aadhaar name-AMIT KUMAR, who is the link to reach the other members of the scamsters. 

5-How the Farmer ID-1990305426, Farmer-NITIN SINGH was prepared without adopting due procedure of the law? Provide the name and designation of the staff who authenticated Farmer ID-1990305426, Farmer-NITIN SINGH. 

6-Name and designation of the staff of the chief minister office who accepted the grievance as disposed as the grievance still awaiting redress and concerning deep rooted corruption in the office concerned.
