Applications under subsection 1 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 or under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005. It is quite obvious that FAA/ First Appellate Authority entertains the appeals of the information seekers under subsection 1 of section 19 of the Right to Information Act 2005 which means both PIO and FAA are delegated different jobs under the government and FAA has supervisory power over the working of PIO to curb the arbitrary use of powers by the Public Information Officer. In the district Mirzapur, PIO of Public Authority approached mahesh singh atri also performs the work of Concerned Appellate Authority AJAY KUMAR SINGH quite obvious from the cryptic working style of the public information officer. Which is illegal, unlawful and ultra vires to the constitution must be curbed by the government. In the aforementioned appeal made against the PIO, the matter closed by the concerned public authority by submitting the arbitrary denial of PIO and no comment on the part of Concerned Appellate Authority AJAY KUMAR SINGH which is illegal and reflects lawlessness and anarchy in the working of the Mirzapur police. Mirzapur is arbitrarily delegating its powers to the additional superintendent of police who had blatantly misused its power and position. A wrongdoer can not be judged by itself to decide his innocence.
