An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to seek justice for those who are the victims of the deep irregularity in the working of the public authority Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission.

Subject-Please direct authority to take action against widespread anarchy in the working of the Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission.
Focus of the matter-Applicant submitted an appeal against the denial of information by the public information officer Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education and blind support by First Appellate Authority to P.I.O. through cryptic dealings.
It is quite explicit that application under subsection 1 of section 6 and appeal under subsection 1 of section 19 of Right to Information Act 2005 exhausted with no fruit because of anarchy in the working of the public authority.
Now the applicant filed the second appeal under subsection 3 of section 19 of the Right to Information Act 2005 before the transparency ombudsman Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission.
In the name of removing errors, Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission repeatedly returned the entire appeal to frustrate the appellant quite obvious from the following link.

After prolonging procrastination, Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission accepted the appeal dated-28/05/2020, and they fixed the next date of hearing in the matter today, i.e.09/12/2020 and sent the notice to appellant for participating in the hearing.
This notice received by the applicant on behalf of Satyam Shukla at two o’clock which means time of hearing was over.
Whether it reflects a healthy democratic setup in which the constitutional functionary provides notice of hearing after the notice is over? Delivery Confirmed On 09/12/2020 16:56:47.

Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-I pray before the Honourable Sir that concerned accountable public functionaries may not allow such anarchy, which may annihilate the entire nation.
3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that matter concerns the wide public interest as there is widespread frustration among the people in the state because of mismanagement and anarchy in the working of constitutional functionary transparency ombudsman Uttar Pradesh State Information Commission.
4-I pray before the Honourable Sir that the Government of Uttar Pradesh may appoint skilled people at the key post who may be honest and impeccable integrity.
5- I pray before the Honourable Sir that the Government of Uttar Pradesh is allocating plum posts to the flatterers who are the root cause of lawlessness and anarchy in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can anyone justify to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. ReplyDeleteIt seems that administration and administration of justice are governed by jungle rule instead of rule of law. More surprising is that when key functionaries in this country claims this anarchy as good governance.
There is no doubt that there is rampant corruption in the working of Uttar Pradesh state information commission and most surprising is that most of the staff of the Uttar Pradesh state information commission are incompetent but it is unfortunate that repeated representation of the public spirited people are being overlooked by the accountable public functionaries of the Government of India which is a mockery of the law of land.
