श्री मान जी सभी जानते है की उत्तर प्रदेश के पंचायत राज विभाग में बहुत ज्यादा भ्रष्टाचार है फिर जिलाधिकारी प्रयागराज ने प्रार्थी के ऑनलाइन जनसूचना अधिकार आवेदन को पंचायती राज विभाग उत्तर प्रदेश को अग्रसारित कर जब की मामला खंड विकास अधिकारी बहरिया से सम्बंधित है |  यह सच है की खंड विकास अधिकारी बहरिया प्रयागराज का रवैया एक अराजक जैसा है किन्तु जिलाधिकारी महोदय तो विशेषाधिकार प्राप्त है कार्यवाही के लिए फिर अपने ऊपर भरोषा क्यों नहीं श्री मान क्या यह शासन में व्याप्त अराजकता का संकेत नहीं है  ये कौन सी ईमानदारी है की जनता की शिकायतों को मनमानी तरीके से या तो पेंडिंग में रखा जाता है या बंद कर दिया जाता है | यहा भ्र्ष्टाचार को अपरोक्ष रूप में सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त है | जनता की शिकायतों को कूड़े की टोकरी में डाल दिया जाता है | जान सूचना अधिकार २००५ के तहत कोई भी अधिकारी कोई सूचना नहीं देता है और शास्ति लगाया जाता है उनकी भी वसूली नहीं की जाती है | विकास कार्यो का पैसा सीधे विचौलिये खा रहे है |  Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that  51A.
