कल से आज तक के नेटवर्क ब्रेकडाउन का कारण क्या है इसी तरह से ब्रेकडाउन होता रहा तो हम उपभोक्ताओं का क्या होगा अभी हप्ते भर पहले टेलीफोन लाइन कटने से जो की सीवर की खुदाई होने से कटी थी आपने दो दिन में सही किया क्या हमने आप की सेवा इसलिए ली है की आप हमेशा सेवा बाधित रखे कोई बहाना करके The matter concerns the network coverage in the area regarding the telephone exchange Bathua, Surekapuram of the district Mirzapur.
Here we are facing the navigation problem on the mobile numbers 7379105911, 9794760348 and 9336252631 because of the non availability of the 3G network in the area. Undoubtedly there is a signal of 3 G network on the screen of the mobile network but this network is only a show piece because when we do network surfing, then websites are not accessible and this problem persists since yesterday. 
मामला मिर्जापुर जिले के सुरेकापुरम के टेलीफोन एक्सचेंज बथुआ के क्षेत्र में नेटवर्क कवरेज से जुड़ा है। यहां हमें क्षेत्र में 3जी नेटवर्क की अनुपलब्धता के कारण मोबाइल नंबर 7379105911, 9794760348 और 9336252631 पर नेविगेशन समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है निःसंदेह मोबाइल नेटवर्क की स्क्रीन पर 3जी नेटवर्क का संकेत होता है लेकिन यह नेटवर्क केवल दिखावा है क्योंकि जब हम नेटवर्क सर्फिंग करते हैं तो वेबसाइटें पहुंच के बाहर  हैं और यह समस्या कल से बनी हुई है
Nowadays the network of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited Mirzapur not working well. My dwelling place is just in side of the telephone exchange Bathua but we are not accessing the network properly which implies the poor network of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited. They are claiming that his telephone exchange is working well and the network is accessible to the customers properly then why the fluctuation in the network of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited is experienced by the users. Where is the quality of the services as claimed by the department if the customers are feeling difficulty in accessing the network properly? Bharat sansar Nigam limited is not providing consumer friendly services

Whatever assurance has been given by concerned staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited in the submitted report that has been already provided frequently earlier. They must meditate on it that in whitch month complaint regarding the improper network coverage has not been made by the complainant and they have submitted the same report in the each complaint. This is the era of competition and to succeed in this globalisation era they must come forward to compete with other service providers and such third grade services cannot provide them success. Only to talk about development we cannot achieve goal of development and in order to be a developed country we should have resolve to build up our infrastructure to stand into the category of developed countries. One of the excellent characteristics to be successful in any arena there must be transparent and accountable dealings in the working of the public departments. Unfortunately in this largest democracy in the world it is not feasible.
