Grievance Description

The matter concerns the working of the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj district Mirzapur., Uttar Pradesh. The matter concerns the serious allegations of corruption including cheating and manipulation of public records. The following grievance was closed by tahsildar Lalganj by submitting an arbitrary report in which he has suggested the aggrieved applicant to take shelter in the court in this matter of serious allegations of corruption so that this corruption may be covered under the cumbersome proceedings of the court as usual is being done in this largest democracy in the world. Think about the gravity of situation in this matter of the corruption the defaulters are staff of the tehsil Lalganj who carried out the process of inheritance without proper verification and checking the concerned records in the matter.

It is quite obvious that corruption in the tehsil Lalganj in the matter concerning the inheritance is being overlooked through such cryptic reports of the tahsildar Lalganj. An enquiry must be ordered by the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj to check the anomalies committed by the concerned staff in executing the mutation of the revenue property to the inheritors.

Please direct your subordinates to cancel the illegal inheritance carried out fraudulently in the favour of fraud people in which applicant was deprived arbitrarily from the ancestral land.

I have submitted the representation before the competent authority of tehsil Lalganj who are requested to take the appropriate action in the matter as required under the law. Whether the objection submitted by the aggrieved applicant is redressed by the concerned staff of the tehsil Lalganj by providing the advice to the aggrieved applicant as being done by the concerned lekhpal, revenue inspector and tahsildar Lalganj. Whether justice is not available in this state of Uttar Pradesh to the vulnerable section especially women and girls quite obvious from the long procrastination of the concerned staff of the tehsil Lalganj, they have submitted arbitrary and inconsistent reply quite ideas from the fact they are running away from the matter. The matar concerns the cheating and forgery by the offenders which must be taken into account by the competent staff of the government if there is a rule of law in the state. Such practises are not reflecting good governance in the state.

There is a need to take immediate action in the matter by adopting the cogent approach in the matter by the competent staff of the tehsil Lalganj district Mirzapur. The aggrieved applicant is asking sub divisional magistrate Lalganj that where is her share in the ancestral property as she is the class one hair of the property of the grandfather.
