कृपया उपर्युक्त जनसुनवाई का संदर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करें। उक्त के निस्तारण कम में क्षेत्रीय प्रभारी सफाई निरीक्षक एवम् प्रभारी सफाई नायक, श्री सुरेश भारती, वार्ड नं0-06 डंगहर, मो0नं0-6394120285 द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि शिकायती स्थल पर सफाई कार्य करा दिया गया है। वार्ड/क्षेत्र में नियमित साफ-सफाई एवम् कूड़े का निस्तारण तथा कीटनाशक दवा का छिड़काव कराया जा रहा है।

The applicant has attached five photographs taken just by the applicant of the lanes so it is humble request of the most respected sir to take a glance of these photographs attached to the grievance.
Where have gone your staff you should tell the applicant in the report as they are not coming in this week? This is a humble request to the most respected sir please direct your subordinate not to submit a false report on the jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh or public grievance portal of Government of India.
Executive officer municipality Mirzapur City must entertain grievance by adopting cogent approach in the matter.
Staff of the municipality Mirzapur City is neither cleaning choked drainage nor brooming lanes in Surekapuram colony and most surprising thing is that in the report they always say that brooming is done regularly and there is no choked drainage in municipality Mirzapur City whether it is not mockery of law of land?
Sir, as has been informed earlier by the applicant, till the time your sweeper does not come to clean the street, an application will be sent every day so that your statement can be refuted by the applicant made by you in this false report. It is said that your sanitation workers sweep the streets every day. We say that there is no use in filing false reports. Will the streets be cleaned by filing reports? Cleaning will happen only when your employees are loyal. Thank you, there is no benefit in writing more.
It is very ridiculous that the employee concerned says that he cleans the streets every day but it is even more surprising if he is asked what his name is and is there any mobile number, he should tell how often he has cleaned the streets. The consciousness of everyone will be lost to see such mismanagement.

I think that there must be honesty and sincerity to the services being provided by the staff of the municipality Mirzapur City otherwise there will be no improvement in the working conditions are the municipality Mirzapur City and people will only cry for amenities. Most respected sir following report is submitted every time which is a general report only date and few things are changed which are necessary. Sir, Please take the trouble of taking reference of the above mentioned complaint of Jansunwai portal. In the matter of disposal of the above, the regional in-charge cleaning inspector and in-charge cleaning leader, Shri Suresh Bharti, Ward No.-06 Dangahar, Mobile No.-6394120285 informed that cleaning work has been done at the place of complaint. Regular cleaning and garbage disposal and spraying of insecticide is being done in the ward/area. : Being aware of the above, please take the trouble of depositing the complaint.
