* Description of Information Sought An application under Article 51 A of the Constitution of India on behalf of Hakimun Nisha wife of Sami Ullah belonging to vulnerable section of minority community resident of Address-Daranagar Naugawa Daranagar Naugawa Post Nadani, Marihan Rajgarh District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
The matter concerns the working of the executive engineer electricity distribution division first Mr Deepak Singh district Mirzapur of Purvanchal, Vidyut, Vitaran Nigam Limited. Now Mr Deepak Singh has been replaced by Mr Yogesh Kumar currently posted at the post of executive engineer electricity distribution division first District Mirzapur.
The information seeker is seeking following information point wise from the station house officer anti-power theft police station district Mirzapur as well as from executive engineer electricity distribution division first district Mirzapur.

Please provide the name and designation of the staff in the office of Executive Engineer Electricity Distribution Division 1st Mr Yogesh Kumar who is processing the aforementioned grievance.
2- Through this Grievance registration number: GOVUP/E/2024/0030478 the information seeker submitted the reply of the notice served by executive engineer electricity distribution division first Mr Yogesh Kumar on 15 April 2024 to the aggrieved lady Hakimun Nisha W/O Sami Ullah.
Please provide the notings made by the competent staff of the public authority on the grievance made by the information seeker.
3-The applicant has written many applications seeking the video footage made by them of the premises but they are not providing the videography to the applicant which indicates the lack of transparency and accountability in the working of the anti-power theft police district Mirzapur.
Station house officer anti power theft police station Mirzapur must provide the CD of the videography made by the vigilance team which proves their cryptic allegations of theft of electricity against vulnerable Lady Hakeemun Nisha as well as executive engineer electricity distribution division 1st must provide the CD of the videography made by the team of the department on the application of the information seeker against false reporting of vigilance team.
This is a humble request of the information seeker to the concerned public information officers to provide the three point information at the earliest or within stipulated time of 30 days as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005.
