* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the working of the superintendent of police district Mirzapur and station house officer police station- Chilh, comes under the ambit of superintendent of police district Mirzapur who did not take any action in the matter concerning deep rooted anarchy in the society even after numerous representations submitted by the applicant in the matter.
In our canon law it is generally accepted two types of proof of corruption in the working of the public authority. 1- direct evidence of corruption and 2- circumstantial evidence of corruption.
Whether there is accountability in the governance of the state then it is obligatory duty of the concerned staff to reveal the reason for the delay in this matter to provide justice to the applicant because they have already made undue delay in the matter. They had to dispose of the grievances at the earliest are within 30 days from the date when the grievance was submitted on the portal of the Government of India.
Public Information Officer in the office of superintendent of Police district Mirzapur must provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows.
1- Grievance Status for registration number: GOVUP/E/2024/0022845, Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant-Indradev Yadav, Date of Receipt- 03/04/2024,Received By Ministry/Department-Uttar Pradesh
PIO must provide the reason for not taking action on this grievance of the information seeker even after 1 month and 20 days.
2- PIO must provide the name and designation of the investigation officer who is working on the aforementioned grievance.
3- PIO must provide the posting details of the investigation officer and the date when the investigation officer joined this district and the first police station in this district.
4- PIO must provide the posting details of the station house officer of the police station Chilh, Mirzapur name and designation as well as the date when SHO Chilh joined the district- Mirzapur.
5- PIO must provide the total number of reports registered in the police station Chilh Mirzapur month wise for the last six months including both cognizable and non cognizable.
