3- शासनादेश संख्याः भा०स065/43- 2-2011 दिनांकः 11.01.2012 के अनुसार जनसूचना अधिकारी द्वारा सूचना सृजित करना या सूचना की व्याख्या करना या आवेदक द्वारा उठाई गयी समस्या का समाधान करना या काल्पनिक प्रश्नों का उत्तर देना अपेक्षित नहीं है।
4-अतः अनुरोध है कि आवेदक को उपरोक्तानुसार सूचना अपने स्तर से प्रदान करने का कष्ट करें।

उत्तर-1-इस प्रकार की सूचना स्थापना शाखा में | उपलब्ध नहीं है। जिस कारण | शासनादेश संख्याः भा०स065/43-2- | दिनांक: 11-01-2012 के अनुसार | जनसूचना अधिकारी द्वारा सूचना सृजित करना अपेक्षित नहीं है।
प्रश्न-2-Provide the copy of the circular, office memo and government orders issued by the head office/secretariate to the district in compliance with the order passed by the respected Chief Minister Yogi | Adityanath Sir.

* Prayer or Relief Sought The appellant made efforts today to submit the second appeal on the portal of the Uttar Pradesh state information commission, but error message displayed that diary concerning with this transaction id already exist. Because this RTI application has been transferred to the office of Director General of police. Copy of the second appeal is attached. Now first appellate authority in office of Director General of police may decide this first appeal.
1-From the following status it is quite obvious that RTI application was forwarded to the concerned public information officer by the nodal officer of the department on 12th December 2023 but it is most unfortunate that stipulated time under subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005 to provide information to the information seeker within 30 days from the date of receipt of the RTI application expired but concerned public information officer did not provide any information to the appellant.
2- The status of the submitted RTI application is as follows.

4-It is quite obvious that initiatives of the most respected Chief Minister of the Uttar Pradesh were in favour of vulnerable section and this man dominant society do not want to provide rights to the women which is quite obvious from the working style of the public information officer.
5-Our government introduced right to information act 2005 to promote transparency and accountability in the working of public authorities but because of corruption no information is reaching to the citizenry in the state which is a matter of concern.
This is a humble request of the appellant to the most respected member of the commission to direct the concerned public information officer to provide the information to the appellant as soon as possible as well penalise with the pecuniary penalty under section 20 of the right to information acted 2005 for the denial of information. The matter concerns the wide public interest so it must be looked into with Due care and attention for this appellant shall ever pray you Honourable sir.
