अपीलकर्ता श्री योगी एम0पी0 सिंह पता-मोहल्ला-सुरेकापुरम, जबलपुर रोड, संगमोहाल पोस्ट ऑफिस जनपद-मिर्जापुर, उ0प्र0 पिन-231001 के सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम-2005 की धारा 19(1) के अन्तर्गत ऑनलाइन प्रथम अपीलीय पंजीकरण संख्या-डीपीटीआरडी/ए/2024/60005 दिनांक- 07.02.2024 (छायाप्रति संलग्न) का कृपया संदर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करें, जिसके माध्यम से सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम-2005 की धारा-6(1) के अन्तर्गत ऑनलाइन आवेदन पंजीकरण संख्या- डीपीटीआरडी/आर/2024/60114 दिनांक-06.02.2024 (छायाप्रति संलग्न) द्वारा मांगी गयी कतिपय सूचनाएं निर्धारित समयावधि के भीतर प्राप्त न होने के कारण प्रथम अपील योजित की गयी है।
2-उल्लेखनीय है कि अपीलकर्ता श्री योगी एम0पी0 सिंह द्वारा अपने ऑनलाइन आरटीआई आवेदन पत्र दिनांक 06.02.2024 के माध्यम से जनपद-मिर्जापुर के ब्लाक-पटेहरा में 12 स्थानों पर स्थापित हुए सोलर वाटर पम्प एवं 03 स्थानों पर इंटरलाकिंग कार्य के सम्बन्ध में सूचना की विषयवस्तु जन सूचना अधिकारी, कार्यालय खण्ड विकास अधिकारी, ब्लाक-पटेहरा कलां, जनपद- मिर्जापुर, उ0प्र0 से सम्बन्धित है।
3-अत: अपीलकर्ता श्री योगी एम0पी0 सिंह के उक्त ऑनलाइन आवेदन पंजीकरण संख्या- डीपीटीआरडी/आर/2024/60114 दिनांक- 06.02.2024 के अन्तर्गत प्राप्त आवेदन की प्रति इस आशय के साथ प्रेषित कि वांछित सूचना आवेदक को सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम-2005 व सूचना का अधिकार नियमावली 2015 में निहित व्यवस्था के अन्तर्गत उपलब्ध कराने हेतु आवश्यक कार्यवाही कराते हुए आवेदक की अपील का निस्तारण करने का कष्ट करें।
4- आवेदक द्वारा वांछित सूचनाएं ग्राम्य विकास अनुभाग-9 के स्तर पर धारित नहीं होने के कारण एतदद्वारा उपरोक्तानुसार आवेदक के अपीलीय प्रार्थनापत्र दिनांक 07.02.2024 का निस्तारण किया जाता है।

3- Most respected Sir no subsequent action taken on the part of public staff posted in the development building district Mirzapur in the compliance of the order passed by the respected special secretary in the office of commissioner of rural development.
This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon'ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness, and chaos arbitrarily by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy. For this, your appellant shall ever pray for you, Hon’ble Sir.
