* Description of Information Sought It is quite obvious that the following grievance was submitted by my husband before the Noida police, district- Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. Grievance Status for registration number: GOVUP/E/2023/0080520, Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant- Vimal Kumar Rastogi, Date of Receipt- 04/12/2023, Received By Ministry/Department-Uttar Pradesh
पुलिस उपायुक्त, मुख्यालय कमिश्नरेट गौतमबुद्धनगर ।कृपया आप आई०जी०आर०एस० शिकायत सख्या 60000230214933 का सन्दर्भ ग्रहण करने का कष्ट करे, जो आवेदक श्री विमल कुमार रस्तोगी निवासी गढैया शहवाजपुर के शिकायती प्रार्थना पत्र में अंकित तथ्यो पर जाँच कर आख्या उपलब्ध कराये जाने विषयक है।
उक्त प्रकरण में सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त तृतीय नोएडा से जाँच कराकर आख्या प्राप्त की गयी। प्राप्त आख्या के अवलोकन से पाया कि आवेदक श्री विमल कुमार रस्तोगी उपरोक्त मूल रूप से जनपद बदायू का रहने वाला है। विपक्षी दिनेश कुमार गुप्ता आवेदक उपरोक्त के भाई का दामाद है। आवेदक उपरोक्त की भाभी ने अपनी सम्पत्ति की पावर आफ अटोर्नी अपने दामाद विपक्षी दिनेश कुमार गुप्ता के नाम कर दी हैं।
जाँच से पाया कि आवेदक व विपक्षी के मध्य जनपद बदायू में स्थिति पैतृक सम्पति के बटवारे को लेकर विवाद है जो सिविल प्रवृत्ति का है। आवेदक द्वारा की गई शिकायत का सम्बन्ध जनपद बदायू से होने के कारण उक्त प्रकरण की जाँच जनपद बदायू से कराना समीचीन होगा।

It is most unfortunate that the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh instead of resolving the grievances of the people in state it searches various tricks not to entertain the matter and the filmsy grounds.
ReplyDeleteI think that they will not provide any information to the aggraeved lady because of the rampant corruption in the department and they know that once they will provide the information then they will be exposed in public domain. Think about the gravity of situation 6 information commissioners have been retired from the service and not a single court of state information commissioners is working in the Uttar Pradesh state information.
ReplyDeleteThis is integral part of corrupt practices of the police in the state of Uttar Pradesh and such cunning tricks are adopted by them to block the justice to reach them. Think about the gravity of situation,old age lady is suffering because of corruption in the police.
ReplyDeleteTransparency and accountability is the integral part of good governance but here no information is provided by the public information officer to the information seekers but according to print an electronic media this is good governance.
