In the following grievance Lekhpal Ramesh Tripathi submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report dated 21 Nov 2023 in which he claimed that the process of inheritance in the name of inheritors completed. He made the claim regarding the Araji number-142 in revenue village-Sarai Jeet Rai Urf Pure Bhava, but in the current matter the applicant raised the matter concerning the revenue village- Gobardhanpur which was not taken into account.
The applicant has not made the complaint regarding the following inheritance which has been completed by the Tehsil administration-Phoolpur.

According to report dated 6th October 2023 Lekh Pal Ramesh Tripathi states that revenue village Gobardhanpur is out of consolidation process currently Which revenue records are being made online and process of inheritance of the applicant is currently underway. After verification of the relevant records, the inheritance will be made in favour of inheritors. Vide 1st page of attached pdf document to the grievance.

Grievance Description-The matter is closely connected with the working of the Sub Divisional Magistrate Phoolpur, District-Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh quite obvious from the communication of Settlement Officer Phoolpur.

The matter concerns the inheritance of the land in the name of Shiv Bahadur Singh to his son Prasant Singh and his wife Uma Singh on which staff of the Tehsil-Phoolpur are procrastinating for one years. This matter is more than three years old and because of corruption concerned staff are still procrastinating on the matter even when repeated representations have been submitted in the matter.
How shameful is it that Lekhpal and the revenue inspector are submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports in the matter which is accepted blindly by the monitoring staff on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh? According to the report submitted by the Lekhpal Ramesh Tripathi of the Tehsil- Phoolpur, district-Prayagraj in the complaint number-60000230187226 The inheritance of aggrieved applicant is under process and after completion of inquiry into the matter, name of the beneficiaries cum aggrieved applicants will be put under effect in the revenue records and by completing the process of inheritance. Think about the honesty of the Yogi government sub divisional magistrate phoolpur is procrastinating on the issue of inheritance for 2 years which must be taken into account if there is transparency and accountability in the working of the government as claimed by our chief minister Yogi Adityanath. Good governance is not provided on the public platform, but it must be provided to the citizens in the state.

ReplyDelete1. I commenced the judicial partition U/S 116 UP Revenue Code 2006 in 2017, through High Courts lawyers of Allahabad, lawyers promised to mail the copies to me in Canada but ignored,
2. February 2018, I visited India read the claim was unhappy, the lawyer was fake, I terminated him, retained a new lawyer,told him what to do, he agreed to follow my instructions,
3.I met then SDM Mr. Singh who allowed me to withdraw the defective partition claim of 2017 and file the new claims,
4. 28 May 2018, a preliminary decree was passed by SDM Ganpathy, my co-sharers were in Tehsil but their lawyers advised them to ignore the hearing, SDM noticed the outside his court with their Assault Rifles,
5. July 25 SDM issued stay order to maintain status co until the partition was completed,
6. My co-sharers lawyers advised that ignore the status co,
7. SDM fixed November 12,2018 to pass the final degree and give the possession of my lawful sharers,
8. On November 12, 2018, my brother bribed the SDM Ganpathy, gave his false affidavit that I sold all my sharers in India before 1975, took the money and moved to Canada,
9. I gave SDM Khatauni showing my name as a co-sharer and told SDM to prosecute my brother for swearing false Affidavit and giving to the SDM forged sale deed,
10. SDM refused to pass the final decree and threatened me that I will go to jail,
11. I returned Canada, SDM set January 22,2019 to Pass the final decree,
12. My co-sharers, my brother and their lawyers bribed the AK Goel Commissioner who possessed my files arbitrarily to review the unpaid cost order of Rs.250.00, imposed on my brother on the October 30,2018, the cost order being interlocutory was not revision able by the courts of India,
13. 4 IAS 4 PCS contracted my murder to serial killer Vikas Dubey to steal my sharers,
14. On January 31,2019, murder attempts failed, injuring me for life and hospitalising me in the Nezrath Hospital Allahabad for ten days,
15. I returned Canada had triple by pass heart surgery on May 16,2019, due to murder plot in India,
16. Case is adjourned over 300 times,
17. I am looted by over 222 fake lawyers of India over 1 crores,
18. case went to Revenue Board of Allahabad once and 6 times to the High Court of Allahabad,
19. Case in to be heard now on April 12,2024, contrary to the direction of High Court of Allahabad made on the September 12,2023 to complete the partition my March 12,2024,
20. SDM Handia is in contempt.

ReplyDeleteAfter I was attacked in the compound of Tehsil Handia by the serial killer Vikas Dubey related to my co-sharers, I went to Saraimamrej Police Station, the officer I spoke refused to register FIR, saying that it was a Revenue matter, I tried to register FIR but then RP Singh then SO refused to register FIR. I tried litany of time to register FIR but police is bribed by my co-sharers and their advocates.
On the 25th of April 2018, my co-sharers were served notice from the SDM Handia to attend hearing, in the evening co-sharers came out with the Assault Rifles,Lathi, Stone,Brick,I locked my room and emailed to the authorities for my help, on the April 26,2018, I attended Saraimamrej FIR U/S 506 was registered at the behest of then IG Ramit Sharma against Parvati Mishra,Rahul Mishra and his mother and Vivek Mishra. Saraimamrej never registered FIR on my complaint.
Last year Police Commissioner Ramit Sharma directed to register FIR to Circle officer Handia, who was bribed by my co-sharers and their lawyers he refused to register FIR,
On April 08,I visited the Commissioner office waited until 2 pm, he was in the court,
I have sent email requesting a meeting Sharma has not answered,
Saraimamrej, and Jangahai Choki are bribed by me to finish the partition quickly, at the same time they are bribed by my co-sharers and their advocates to linger on the partition until I am murdered or die of the natural cause, police is taking money from me and my co-sharers to prolong the case,
Police listen my co-sharers not me because I live in Canada since 1975,
Four IAS and 4 PCS who contracted my murder have influenced the present SDM to linger on the case,

My view point -
Serious criminal assault, but no first information report was registered by the police in the Government of Yogi Adityanath reflecting failure of the law in the state. Undoubtedly, it is a high profile corruption.
Thanks to god for saving your life from serious criminal assault
I think that it is a matter of high profile corruption and most surprising thing is that honest Yogi government is mute spectators of it because of the pressure of senior rank bureaucrats.

1. I visited SDM Chamber with my lawyer, introduced as an UP NRI Ramesh Mishra, residing in Canada from 1975, SDM offered a chair and I sat down,
2. I questioned SDM about the legal status of the time bound direction of High Court of Allahabad dated 12 September 2023, to expediently complete the partition by March 12,2024, SDM responded that High Court directions are useless for him, I should get out otherwise he would call the police to imprison me, SDM continued uttering the terrorist threats to me and one of his supporters punched my face breaking one of my tooth,
3. SDM supporters lawyers were uttering murder threats to me,
4. At the behest of the SDM police arrived took me to the Handia Police Station,SDM arrived conducted a secret meeting with the CO and SHO gave his complaint against me to register FIR and imprison me,
5. I respectfully advised SDM,CO,SHO and the police force that to register a FIR against NRI the police required prior approval from the IG of Allahabad zone, they said they would obtain in a minute, which they did not get at all,
6. SHO got my broken tooth examined,
7. Non-lawyer IAS and PCS trial courts in the Prayagraj are illegal,unconstitutional and not within the conformity of domestic,International law and treaties to which India is a signatory,
8.SDM are unskilled to interpret the fact and apply the correct law,
9. SDM deprived me all the procedural fairness as a senior citizen and a UP NRI,
10. UP is a most violent and IAS,IPS and PCS consider themselves above the law, a plain and simple story of UP India.

12.My co-sharers, my brother and their advocates have silenced me by bribing the authority.

Non-lawyers trial court presided by IAS and PCS are founded on the bribery, the public is running around courts to courts like a headless chicken,suffering in silence and dying without justice and dignity,

ReplyDeleteThey supervise the Subordinate Courts, if any IAS and PCS disobey the direction of a High Court Judge, the judge giving direction to IAS and PCS be allowed to terminate the IAS and PCS for disobeying the High Court direction.This would reduce corruption and give justice to the ordinary people who are unheard and die in silence.Most IAS and PCS are unskilled as judge because they have no legal education,training and mind.
CONCLUSION
ReplyDeleteTo bring, peace, prosperity,progress and happiness in UP IAS and PCS trail courts be abolished.
APRIL 23, 2024, I visited the High Court of Allahabad, discovered most judges are correcting the problems caused by the SDM, therefore Yogi Jee, the Chief Minister of UP to consider abolishing Non Lawyer Courts to protect the public.
