The matter concerns the working of the sub divisional magistrates Sadar, district-Mirzapur whose subordinates are procrastinating on the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi application of Arun Pratap Singh on the flimsy ground.
Concerned Lekhpal Arbitrarily concealed the application for Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi on the first ground that revenue records submitted by the coordinator of the common service centre of the government were blurred which are illegible to the Lekhpal.
It is noticeable that coordinator of the Jansubhidha Kendra not only uploaded the documents only, but he also submitted the hard copy of the applications along with the supportive documents to the concerned department as told by him to the aggrieved applicant Arun Pratab Singh.
The first page of the attached pdf document is the Aadhar details of the applicant, and second page is the status of the application and application details of the applicant on the common service centre.
The 3rd page advertised PDF document is the communication of the deputy director of Agriculture Mirzapur addressed to the applicant.
The 4th and 5th page of the attached pdf document is the revenue record of the aggrieved applicant Arun Pratap Singh. The sixth page of the attached pdf document is the reflection of rampant corruption in the processing of the application for the Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi in the district Mirzapur.
An application on behalf of Arun Pratap Singh S/O late Rajendra Pratap Singh, Mobile number-7607966615 address is as follows, under article 51 A of the constitution of India to make inquiry regarding the application made by the aggrieved applicant for the Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi.

There is no transparency and accountability in processing the applications for prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi which is the root cause this public aid is not reaching the common people. Various trics are adopted to deprive the eligible candidates from the prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi by the corrupt public functionaries having the blessings of the political masters. Think about the gravity of situation concerned lekhpal arbitrarily cancelled the application and deprived the aggrieved applicant from the benefits of the 2000 rupees sent by the central government due to the election.
