Grievance Description
Most respected district magistrate Mirzapur following communication was sent by Block Development Officer Halia Mirzapur in your service on 5th March 2024 which must be pursued by you. This report was submitted by Block Development Officer Halia Mirzapur in the grievance submitted by the applicant on 17th February 2024 which is quite obvious from the following communication.

Mrs. Sadhna Tiwari, wife of Omkar Tiwari, resident of Surekapuram Colony, Riva Road, Sangmohal Kotwali, Katra, Uttar Pradesh, please take reference of the online complaint portal number 60000240036275 dated 17-02-2024, in which she has informed about her father late Siyakant, son of Shambhu Sharan, resident of Gram Panchayat, Bhaisodvalaya Pahad, has requested to issue a copy of the family register by adding her name in the family register.
The case was investigated by Shri Saurabh Yadav, Gram Panchayat Officer, Development Block, Halia, in which he informed that the said complainant has given an affidavit and class 8 transfer certificate on stamp paper of Rs 10, on the basis of which, after holding the meeting of Gram Panchayat, name Sadhana Tiwari will be included in the family register and a copy of the family register will be made available to Sadhana Tiwari. The report is respectfully sent.
Block Development Officer Halia Mirzapur
Shri Saurabh Yadav, Gram Panchayat Officer, Development Block, Halia, took under teeth the provisions of law because he repeatedly made calls on the mobile number of the applicant and called the applicant on the Bhaisod office and when the applicant sent her guardian at the Bhaisod office, then he always remains absent which reflects dereliction of duty and insolence to the applicant which is tantamount to harassment of applicant so his accountability must be fixed.
It is quite obvious that numerous representations submitted by the applicant but entire representations of the applicant gone in vain because of the Lackadaisical approach of the concerned secretary of the village panchayat. It is quite obvious that he made the mockery of the law ridiculously through his false assurances. Undoubtedly his dealings are lowering the dignity of public office which is quite obvious from his cryptic and mysterious dealings. Repeated communication addressed to the district magistrate Mirzapur of the block development Officer Haliya and not providing the proper solution to the applicant is only showing that Block Development Officer has no regard to the District- magistrate and he is only misleading the District Magistrate.
