If the matter concerns the working of the subdivisional magistrate Sadar then how can it be considered disposed of on the ground of the report submitted by the staff of the deputy director of agriculture at district Mirzapur?
The first page of the test PDF document is the report submitted by the concerned staff of the deputy director of agriculture Mirzapur and second page is showing deep rooted corruption in the working of the concerned public authorities implementing the prime minister sponsored scheme pm Kisan Samman Nidhi. The rest of pages are revenue records and reports submitted in the matter.

Grievance Description-The matter concerns the working of the sub divisional magistrates Sadar, district-Mirzapur whose subordinates are procrastinating on the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi application of Arun Pratap Singh on the flimsy ground.
An application on behalf of Arun Pratap Singh S/O late Rajendra Pratap Singh, Mobile number-7607966615 address is as follows, under article 51 A of the constitution of India to make inquiry regarding the application made by the aggrieved applicant for the Prime Minister Kishan Samman Nidhi.
It must be noted that the application for the prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi is not only submitted online but its hard copy along with the copy of the revenue records are submitted by the coordinator of the common service centre to the concerned department of the government for the verification of the records so it can never be justified to declare the khatauni blurred.
Such cunning tricks are applied in those applications in which bribes are not provided by the applicant to the concerned staff of the public authorities.
Please stop corruption in the implementation of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi.

The matter concerns the working of the sub divisional magistrates Sadar, district-Mirzapur whose subordinates are procrastinating on the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi application of Arun Pratap Singh on the flimsy ground. When it has been mentioned in the application as headline that the matter concerns the working after subdivisional magistrate Sadar why the matter has been forwarded by the concerned staff of the government to the deputy director of agriculture Mirzapur is a matter of concern? Is the staff of the deputy director of agricultur not defaulter of redressing the matter which comes under the ambit of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar? First mistake was made by the accountable staff of the Chief minister office and then at the district level who forwarded the matter to the deputy director of agriculture because it was concerned with the working of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar it was categorically mentioned in the grievance. It is corruption to procrastinate.
