The following comment was made by the Registrar of Company Telangana in the matter. The complainant was aggrieved by non-refund of balance amount of prepaid amount due to the cancellation of advertisements. It seems that the concerned staff of the Registrar of Company Telangana was incompetent to understand the contents of the grievance.
The submission of the applicant in the matter is that if the company which is registered to Punjab and Chandigarh and company had taken prepaid amount and it cancelled the advertisement of the applicant then it had to return the excess amount but it did not pay which is corruption and irregularity in the working of the company and such company which are cheaters may not be allowed to work as company in this largest democracy in the world.
It is quite obvious that this fraud company of the Facebook of India is not following the setup norms which is required to get the licence to run a company on the soil of this country.
This prayer has been made to cancel the licence of this fraud company and the matter must be looked into by the concerned office of the registrar of Company which is located under the jurisdiction of the Sh Pranay Chaturvedi ROC Delhi registrar of company.
How can illegal and fraud activities of Facebook, India be allowed in this largest democracy in the world which is quite obvious from tyranny and arbitrariness of the company in the matter? It is most unfortunate that public staff are running away from matter of corruption.

It is quite obvious that concerned company is a fraud company which cheated the applicant near about Rs.1000 and staff of the registrar of company running away from going into the details of the company. If the company was not interested to provide its services to the consumer/customer, then it was obligatory duty of the company to refund the rest of the amount which was given by the customer to company for the advertisement. It is most unfortunate they did not do so this is mockery of the law of land but it is most unfortunate that a repeated request and grievances submitted before the competent authority of the government but could not reap positive solution in favour of the aggrieved applicant. It seems that rule of law in this largest democracy in the world has been replaced by rule of anarchy. But this good governance is not visible in the working of the public staff.

Most respected sir, it is an obligatory duty of the concerned staff of the registrar of company Delhi to provide more information so that applicants could make proper representation to seek justice before appropriate authority. You did not make it clear that the matter concerns Registrar of Company Telangana as it was already forwarded by the Department of company affairs. It is quite obvious that the place of the office of the company comes under the jurisdiction of the registrar of company New Delhi. Instead of cryptic remarks there must be comprehensive detail on the part of the department of registrar of Company Delhi so that the applicant may proceed in the matter with confirmation. Where is registered this fraud company concerned staff should know and tell the applicant to put more light on the matter and only to say that the matter is not concerned with this office is not proper solution of the grievance submitted by the applicant? The Office of the fraud company is creating confusion in the mind of the applicant which must be sorted out by the concerned staff of the registrar of company Delhi because the office of the company comes under the ambit of registrar of company Delhi. Where is the justice available to the common citizens in this country as our political masters advocate good governance before the print and electronic media.
