An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India for justice to 72 years old shiv Kumari wife of Shivshankar. Name of the investor-Mrs. Shiv Kumari Devi-63302 W/O Shiv Shankar, Address in the certificate-Jangi Road, Chorbajari, Ganesh Ganj Mirzapur, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.

Sir, it is true that the life-long earnings old woman was taken away by fraudulent elements and the important fact is that no one has been sent to jail yet. Sir, is this social justice? Sir, when will the attachment proceedings be taken up? Sir, is there no system in place to secure the life-long earnings of these poor labourers and take action against such fraudulent elements in such a manner? For example, at least some part of the property grabbed by them can be returned to the victims because so far the only terror of these people is in the society. Sir, the petitioner is requesting that the government should provide justice to the 72-year-old woman who is living her life by selling garbage. Sir, at present, Shivkumari, whose condition is 72 years old, is picking garbage in the streets at night and is living in miserable way. Children are not ready to help anything, and these fraudulent elements have grabbed the earnings of a lifetime. Sir, please make some arrangements so that the applicant gets justice, for which the applicant will always be grateful to you. Sir, at present, there are such companies in the country which are only looting people. The judicial system has paralyzed due to huge backlog, the rights of the poor and labourers are not protected. All people are in great distress, people are losing faith in the system. In such a situation, there is a need for improvement

Think about the poor condition of the department registrar of company Kanpur which is failed to curb the illegal activity of the company registered in the office of registrar of company. The pace of the prosecution and transparency and accountability in the process is slow which is the Root Cause wrongdoer elements are getting promoted through such activities of the registrar of company. It is quite obvious that deposits of the investors looted by the fraud company, but it is most unfortunate movable and immovable properties has not been acquired by the government of India to make the payment to the investors who were looted by the fraud company. Procrastination of the government staff in the matter of cheating by the fraud companies registered under the Department of Company Affairs is the Root Cause of the problem. It seems that there is no rule of law in this largest democracy in the world, but it seems that we are ruled by corruption quite obvious from inaction of the government.
