महोदय यदि भारतीय स्टेट बैंक प्रार्थी के सब्सिडी को समय से मर्ज कर देता है तो प्रार्थी रुपये 30000 के हानि से बच जाता है क्योंकि प्रार्थी से उस पैसे का भी ब्याज  लिया गया जो आज से 6 महीने पहले भारत सरकार द्वारा भारतीय स्टेट बैंक को दिया गया महोदय यदि इसी तरह से लूट जारी रही तो भारत सरकार द्वारा इतनी बड़ी सहायता राशि के बावजूद गरीबी बदस्तूर जारी रहेगी क्योंकि भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की कार्यशैली ही पूर्ण रूप से भ्रष्टाचार पूर्ण है भिन्न-भिन्न तरीके से ग्राहकों को परेशान करना उनकी कार्यशैली का हिस्सा है अब सोचिए क्या जरूरत थी प्रार्थी का रुपये 30000 का नुकसान करने का जो सब्सिडी तुम 6 महीने बाद मर्ज किए उसे 6 महीने पहले कर देते तो क्या बुराई थीश्रीमान जी प्रार्थी द्वारा तुरंत सब्सिडी मर्ज करने के लिए आवेदन दिया गया और खुद प्रार्थी द्वारा पब्लिक ग्रीवेंस पोर्टल पर भी सब्सिडी मर्ज करने के लिए अनुरोध किया गया किंतु मनमाना आख्या लगाकर भारतीय स्टेट बैंक द्वारा लगातार टालमटोल किया गया जो कि भारतीय स्टेट बैंक में बहुत बड़े भ्रष्टाचार का द्योतक है श्रीमान जी संबंधित कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ विधि सम्मत कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए क्योंकि यदि कार्यवाही नहीं होगी तो इसी तरह से इन लोगों का मनोबल भ्रष्टाचार करने में लगा रहेगा आज इतने भ्रष्टाचारी इसलिए हो गए हैं क्योंकि इन पर कोई अंकुश नहीं है मनमाने तरीके से ग्राहकों को परेशान करते हैं फिर शिकायत में मनमाना आख्या लगा देते हैं यही इनकी निरंकुशता का कारण है कृपया नियमानुसार विधि सम्मत कार्यवाही करें और प्रार्थी को जो रुपये 30000 का हानि  हुआ है संबंधित कर्मचारी के तनख्वाह से भुगतान कराएं

The matter concerns the deputy commissioner industry, district industries centre Mirzapur addressed to Branch Manager, State Bank of India, District-Mirzapur. Handwritten. Application date-04/11/2022 submitted to Branch Manager. Unfortunately, no action was taken by the branch manager concerned.

Letter number-1250 dated-03 November 2022 in regard to adjustment of margin money claim of the applicant attached as the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance.

According to concerned staff of the State Bank of India, the margin money provided by the government will be merged into your accounts if you will close this account and take mudra loan to proceed with your business activities.

But the applicant is no more interested with the cumbersome and cryptic proceedings of the bank.

Now the applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the circular of Khadi and Village Industries Commission 3, Irla Road, Vile Parle West, Mumbai, 56

Circular number-PMEGP/MM subsidy/Adjustment/2012-13/23 dated 07 May 2012

Vide last para of attached PDF document which states as

The average working capital availment should be calculated over a period beginning with the first withdrawal of the cash credit and ending on the completion of the three-year period from the date of the first disbursement of the loan i.e. term loan or date of ending of lock-in period whichever is earlier.

This categorically implies that now they must merge the margin money in the term loan account of the applicant.

It is most unfortunate that the State Bank of India is run by arbitrary rules and regulations made by its administrative staff for its own convenience.

Moreover, they have deducted monthly interest i.e. M.I. of amount Rs.8200 from my cash credit account arbitrarily with adjusting the margin money into my term loan account. It reflects the tyranny and arbitrariness in the working of the state bank of India which only promotes corruption, and its sole victims are innocent
