 8. Exemption from disclosure of information. — (/) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, there shall be no obligation to give any citizen, — 

d) information including commercial confidence, trade secrets or intellectual property, the disclosure of 

which would harm the competitive position of a third party, unless the competent authority is satisfied that larger 

public interest warrants the disclosure of such information. 

(e) information available to a person in his fiduciary relationship, unless the competent authority is satisfied 

that the larger public interest warrants the disclosure of such information.

Processing charge has been debited for the limit sanctioned

This application is on behalf of Sudarshan Maurya S/O Brijlal Maurya under subsection 1 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 to seek point wise information from central public information officer, State Bank of India within stipulated time as prescribed under subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005 as follows.

1-CPIO may provide details regarding charge debited Rs.4720 from the account of Sudarshan Maurya with short description Processing charge has been debited for the limit sanctioned.

2-As reported by S.B.I.as follows-

Further, we confirm that EMI & interest is correctly applied in the accounts maintained by the customer. Account no- 390605420227 is FITL account opened from backend as per govt. guidelines and amount was transferred to CC account. FITL account is closed as on date.

As per the RBI circular dated 22.05.2020, banks are allowed to convert the accumulated interest for the deferment period upto 31.08.2020 into FITL, which shall be repayable by 31.03.2021.

To opt for FITL, you will have to send an email to credit.department@newindiabank.in.

E-mail should include the following details:

Email Subject should be CC/OD No. - Borrower Name

• In the mail body please mention the following details

• Name of the borrower(s).

• CC/OD account number.

• Customer to mention in the email that "I wish to opt-in for the FITL facility offered by the Bank.

CPIO may provide the detail and copy of the application made by the Sudarshan Maurya in order to get the aforementioned facility and

 Account no- 390605420227 is FITL account opened from backend.

3-Please provide a copy of wish to opt-in for the FITL facility offered by the Bank as submitted by Sudarshan Maurya required to be submitted by Sudarshan Maurya to avail aforementioned facility.
