The matter concerns poor network speed and the applicant raised time and again before the service provider but now a days, it has been too much frustrating for the Airtel customers in Mohalla-Surekapuram Colony, Shri Laxmi Narayan Baikunth Mahadev Mandir, Riva Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, India, PIN Code-231001.From a few days back, the services being provided by the service provider Airtel is third grade quality quite obvious from the attached screenshots to the grievance. Aforementioned location belongs to Mirzapur city and if services are accessible in the urban area, then think about the rural area where people are crying.

Date of Action 05/10/2022 Remarks-Customer grievance was regarding network issue on airtel mobile number 7379105911. Network team has done the survey at customer address, soft optimization done and network improved. Called customer and information given on post and asked to share the feedback.

As per our telephonic conversation on 7379105911 dated 04th October 2022, this is to apprise you that on receipt of your complaint, our technical team has done the survey.
