Your customer services are so poor that you have deprived the customers to talk customer cares because you think that if the appointment of customer cares are made, then the company will face the extra burden on its exchequer.
According to the screenshot obtained from the Airtel thanks app, there is a technical issue with the internet but because of this issue you are providing two-G and two-G internet services which means applicants may suffer loss of Rs.1799.
The matter concerns poor services on the mobile number -9005609242 being provided by the service provider Airtel. This application is on behalf of my mother Vidya Devi W/O Late Rajendra Pratap Singh whose mobile was charged by me through Amazon pay as follows,
